I can't connect Calendly to this Zoom account. I keep getting this error.  I've disconnected and reconnected. I've cleared browser caches. I've upgraded licenses on both Calendly and Zoom. Nothing works.    

1. I want to build an app that can be used in zoom meetings. What I am trying to achieve is very similar to what Kahoot/ Dive and many other apps have build, that is using their own UI elements in zoom. meeting. Please see attachments.2. Secondly, I wanted to know how can we use chatbots in zoom meeting?

Hello, I was wondering what would happen if we changed the webinar date after users have already registered. the webinar has not occurred yet. for exampleWill users be sent a new zoom confirmation email of the new date?will it break the existing connection? I'm hesitant to change it since I worry it may cause a problem

When submitting an App for Zoom approval, am I allowed to make changes to things like app description or add app screenshots after submitting to Zoom?     Does the approval process need to be started from scratch? Thanks

We are trying to implement the join webinar (meeting) feature in our existing mobile app. The same feature is implemented in the web tier already. In the web tier, its using the ZoomMtg.init, and ZoomMtg.join where it didn't pass any SDK Key and SDK Secret. For the ZoomMtg.join, it's passing meetingNumber, passWord, userName, userEmail, signature, apiKey, tk   But in the iOS SDK, I couldn't find similar method, and looks like it always require the authentication with SDK Key, Secret or using JWT which also contain the SDK Key, Secret in some sort.   So, the question is, for iOS SDK, is there an equivalent method that we can join the zoom meeting with only below parameter (same as the web function) meetingNumber, passWord, userName, userEmail, signature, apiKey, tk   thanks.

For some reason, the screen sharing is not displayed in MacOS (when used as a host session from zoom-video-sdk-macOS-1.1.1) even though screen sharing is broadcasting fine by an iOS app (when used as participant from zoom-video-sdk-iOS-1.1.1). Any ideas? 

I have gone similar topic regarding this topic. But I couldn't found the exact reason for my issue. I have created an OAuth User-managed app. And I haven't published it.And trying to install the app (authorize) using a different zoom account (other than the account that created the app )this message was shown.Unable to install this app without the developer's account. Please contact the app developer to install.So basically  I was trying to authorize(get access token)  an account, using client id and secret which is from not published user-level type app. And the account I was trying to authorize was not the account which has created the app. Much appreciate any feedback on this. 

We are using Zoom Phone and that is integrated with Salesforce. Some of the Zoom Phone calls shows incorrect call duration in Salesforce.- Zoom Phone integration creates a record for Zoom-CallLog for every call made.- Some of the Zoom Phone calls are beyond 1 hour and it show callduration of 6 seconds in Salesforce

I was so excited to hear about the Apps-- but using one has NOT been easy as it sounds.  Can some smart person walk me thru the steps to use Kahoot and help me find an app which I can truly use by just sending the ink to those in my meeting without them having to do something ese to get it? HELP---we do not want to use two different screens.  thanks

Already since some weeks, we do not see the speaker/gallery view dropdown on the top-right corner - we have web sdk and also  the video is broken. We have the latest Web Meeting SDK v1.9.8. In Google Chrome 93.0.4577.82, video capture appears to be broken. Only a black rectangle is visible when I turn on "Video," both in my view of the web client and on the receiving end for other Zoom participants.Thanks a lot in advance!

I have requirement to have a UI page/view which shows the upcoming/Personal meetings.I need help to understand is there any SDK/link/settings available to embed this view in a web application.  

We are not receiving the webhooks properly. Either there is considerable delay or there is no webhook request at all.

Hi all, When creating a Meeting through API there is an expiration of 90 days for the start_url (using custCreate). After that the documentation says to get a new start_url through the Retrieve A Meeting api (Create A Meeting Api) Do you know when the new link obtained from the Retrieve A Meeting api will expire? After 90 days from the previous expiration? Or After 90 days after the retrieving of the new url? Or there is another management for the expiration of regenerated url? 

  Start zoom button appears while it's not even in the page layout i don't know where it's coming from so any help please to remove it? 

For some time now I have been testing Zoom APIs using Insomnia and the JWTs generated on this Zoom supplied page: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/auth/jwtOnce I know I have the right API (or have simply got the data I want) I then write code to call the APIs as needed.This has worked well until this week.  My existing programs still work but using Insomnia with the JWT supplied by the Zoom page to test out new APIs produces {"code": 124,"message": "Invalid access token."}The key and secret are identical.  Also previously stored test calls in Insomnia also fail to work with the new JWTs. Left with the ole ones they (correctly) respond that the JWT has expired.Anyone got any ideas on what could cause this?

How to develop custom meeting UI in zoom SDK (Android)

Despite having installed multiple apps from the marketplace and using the latest version of the Zoom app on my Mac laptop I can not get any of the apps to work/show up on Zoom at all.  Any advice? 

Hey, I'm trying to activate the google workspace plugin. for some reason, even though I keep connecting to zoom through my personal account - the host of an event planned through google calendar is our company's admin account and not my own. any way to change this?

My users who have scheduling privileges are seeing an issue with the addon.If they open the Addon on the side panel of Google Calendar, make their setting changes to  a meeting that they are not a host of and then click Update Meeting, it looks the meeting has changed hosts.  This is a bug.  

Hi, We have a handful of users experiencing a weird issue with their Zoom addon for Google Calendar. When they had Zoom to their invite, they receive a message that says "Notice to host: Please save this event to sync its title and start time to the meeting, and this notice will be auto-removed shortly afterward. If it isn't, open the Zoom add-on from the sidebar and click on this event." They do all of that but then when they go to start the meeting the host and all participants receive a screen that says Invalid Meeting ID. I've tried just about everything to fix this issue but have had no success.  Has anyone else had this happen before? Thanks!

Good Afternoon. I tried to install a JWT token with a "far away" expiration on my application client. I do not understand why this token is rejected. Usually, the token is rejected when an account is created with google or Facebook "fast sing up" method or when the standard account - created with email and password - is not enabled (the person didn't click on the first email of zoom, the one that is used to verify the email). This costumers account is enabled, I can create the token but it is rejected by my client.  Do you know a method to verify if the account is really enabled? (in other words to verify if the first mail of Zoom is really clicked). Thank you so much andrea.

Can anyone recommend a calendar app that will allow us to see meetings for all 15 Zoom accounts we have? Each account is a teacher and they are assigned numerous courses at different times, with each course being a Zoom meeting that is a recurring event.I have looked at quite a few but not really seen anything that works in a virtual school setting.Any tips/recommendations welcome. Thanks
