Content Security Policy (CSP): firebase.
Hello, I’m working on a new zoom app that requires the closed beta feature “3rd party recording token”. Could someone be able to reach out to assist with enabling this?
Hello,We're an approved app on the Zoom Marketplace. One of our customers provisioned Our App to a user group with the setting: “As an admin, add Our App for Selected Users & Groups.”It worked fine for several months. Two weeks ago, all 5 users in that group lost access and were unable to reconnect. There was:No change to group membershipNo visible admin changesNothing in Zoom’s audit logHowever, after stepping through Zoom's “Manage → Apps on Account → Our App → Users & Groups → Add Groups,” the issue was resolved. They only then saw the "Selected Users & Groups" assignment path again. We’d like to know:What would cause the “Selected Users & Groups” app assignment to stop applying to an existing group? Is there an expiration or condition under which group-based app installs are silently dropped or invalidated (e.g., inactive use, policy refresh, token purge)? Are there platform logs from Zoom’s side that indicate whether this permission was revoked or expired? Is there
Hello,I am developing a Zoom app where I need to collect and analyze user emails. However, I’m encountering an issue: the emails I receive through the API appear to be encrypted.I have a few questions regarding this:1. Is it possible to disable end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for default Zoom email addresses (zmail addresses), or is this always enforced?2. From my understanding, E2EE can only be disabled for one custom domain per account—is this correct?3. I have added and verified a custom domain under Account Management > Account Profile > Associated Domains. However, I am struggling to associate user emails from this domain in a way that allows me to disable E2EE. Am I missing a step here?4. The documentation frequently mentions "Mail/Calendar Management," but I do not see this option in my account. Is this something that requires additional permissions or a specific account type?I have a zoom workspace business account. Any guidance or clarification on enabling access to unencry
Hello, We have been using this new Zoom for Lightning package, however, the moment I do a sandbox refresh in the lower environments, the package breaks and becomes unusable post-refresh. Anybody know a fix or anything?
Dear Zoom Team, I would like to respectfully request the addition of Czech language support to the Zoom desktop application. Zoom is widely used in the Czech Republic for education, private lessons, online courses, and community meetings. While many users are familiar with English, a large portion — especially older adults, children, and individuals with limited digital literacy — struggle with using software in a foreign language. The absence of Czech localization creates a barrier that significantly hinders the user experience, especially in educational settings where clarity and accessibility are crucial. Czech is a fully developed language used by over 10 million people. Its inclusion in Zoom would not only demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, but also help expand Zoom’s reach within Central Europe.Thank you very much for your consideration. I sincerely hope you will take this suggestion into account. Best regards, A user fr
To Whom It May Concern:Could you please consider official Flatpak support for the Zoom application.Right now, I have Linux Mint 22.1 and must work with either the .deb version of Zoom or else the Unverified Flatpak format for Zoom. I would prefer to work with a Verified Flatpak. But this would need your support.Thank you for your consideration.
I'm trying to install ZOOM for Gmail add-on and I'm getting a "Bad Request Error 404" in the pop up on my Macbook Pro running Chrome. Thanks!
Hi I am reaching out to community member because facing a hustle while integrating the Zoom logs with Sentinel. while following the document provided inside the Zoom data connector, deployed an App by following this link of zoom https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ over the zoom extracted the required information, create function app on Azure and provided the account ID, client ID, Client secret everything but facing one error that the account has not audio conference plan function app is running successfully but in the invocation logs its showing this audio conference plan to make sure we have purchased the zoom audio conference plan but still its giving us the same error. we have tested the client secret separately on postman to check either our bearer token is working or not but its not giving us the 401 error its mean our function app trying to reach the app of zoom but the client secret that we are taking it token on postman is not allowing to

Dear Zoom Support Team, I am contacting you on behalf of our online educational company. We are developing a custom software platform to manage all our educational services, including organizing the online classes, scheduling, lesson booking, and student attendance tracking and many more.As part of this, we plan to integrate Zoom into our platform to facilitate virtual lessons. However, we have a few important requirements that we’d like your guidance on:Licensing and Cost-Effectiveness:Purchasing an individual licensed Zoom account for each teacher would be too costly for our company. Could you please advise on any educational packages, cheap bulk licenses, or alternative solutions that would allow us to manage all classes centrally through one primary account? Ideally, we would like an admin account that can easily create and manage multiple random classes links for different teachers.Unique Meeting Links per Lesson:For accurate tracking of the class-in and class-out time, we ne
Hi everyone,I've created an OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace and set it as a User-Managed app. It works perfectly when I authorize it using the Zoom account that created the app. However, when I share the OAuth URL with external Zoom users (outside my Zoom account), they receive an error and cannot authorize the app.I've confirmed the following:The app type is User-ManagedThe Redirect URI exactly matches what's set in the app settingsMy questions:Is there any specific setting I may be missing that prevents external users from authorizing in dev mode?Any help or guidance would be really appreciated — I'm building a commuting-related integration that depends on access for multiple users. Thanks!
I have created a Zoom App, and authorized my account with it in Local test. When I try to get my calendars list, I am getting UNAUTORIZED error, even though I have the required scope.API: https://api.zoom.us/v2/calendars/users/me/calendarList Response: { "error": { "code": 401, "errors": [ { "appCode": 0, "domain": "global", "message": "Failed to pack result", "reason": "unauthorized" } ], "message": "Failed to pack result", "reqId": "ZMAIL_17a434e9833b7632517826e9b87b9885", "status": "UNAUTHORIZED" } } I tried with Postman collection too, it's still the same.Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading Zoom Workplace on my Mac. All the updates have been installed, and I've restarted my computer.Do you have any ideas on how to do this?Thank you very much in advance!
Hi,I'm currently developing mobile apps (iOS and Android) that integrate the Zoom SDK (either Video SDK or Meeting SDK). As part of our release process, we need to display license information for third-party libraries used in the app. However, I couldn’t find any LICENSE or NOTICE file in the SDK package provided by Zoom.I would like to ask:Where can I find the official license for the Zoom SDK?Is it necessary to include a license notice or attribution for the Zoom SDK inside the app?If so, what is the proper way to reference or display it? (e.g., wording or URL)I've checked Zoom’s documentation and GitHub repositories but couldn’t find a clear answer. If anyone has experience with this or has already gone through app store review using Zoom SDK, your advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!
We have been working with Zapier and Zoom support going back and forth trying to resolve the issue when we use a Zap to push a webinar registration from our Hubspot form to Zoom, the Country and Company fields do not come across. Only first name, last name and email fields will show up in the Zoom registration report. Has anyone else been successful getting this information via a Zap going between Hubspot and Zoom? We have already added delays in the Zap and everything is pointing to Zoom correctly per Zapier. Zoom says its an App development issue. Thanks in advance! 🙂
I'm unable to add any members to Calendly for Zoom via the Zoom App Marketplace > Apps on account > Calendly for Zoom Currently setup as Admin, however still unable to add users. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
My home url is working. In the zoom client side panel, I can only see the logo and name. No web page is opening. Desktop zoom. There is no error logs to view.
I have been trying integrate zoom with my own app. Its a general app. I have given all the details like redirect_uri, client_id and client_secret . when I try to connect the connectors or preview my app listing it throws resource_access_error. What does it mean and How do I fix that. APP Id : sdhx98b2RuGI6bN8V8dBCghttps://integrations.zoom.us/connectors/p/error?message=RESOURCE_ACCESS_ERROR
What is on your roadmap for integration with other systems such as Informacast? We really like Zoom phone but need that integration with our horns and speakers system.
Hello, Perhaps someone can help me? I didn't see a more appropriate board than meetings. I have an App that was added a couple of years ago, and it keeps coming back. We've removed it on several occasions, yet it still appears when I open a meeting. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this thing? It's called BlueSky Timer. It's like a bad penny. Also, I can't even see the apps that are installed now. When I go to Apps in the desktop client, I get sent to the App store which is incredibly busy interface, and I don't see any link for My Apps. I see nothing close to it in the web interface either. Am I missing something? Really disappointed in the updated interface. Thanks. Jon
Hi all,I'm having trouble with the Zoom API and could use some help. I've created a Zoom Marketplace app with a wide range of permissions and can successfully complete the server-to-server oauth login and make some basic API requests. However, I'm running into an issue with account-level API calls (e.g., GET /accounts/*). Zoom responds with a scope-related error:{ "code": 4711, "message": "Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[meeting:read:meeting:master]" } I have double-checked that this scope (meeting:read:meeting:master) is enabled in the app configuration, and I can also see it included in the /oauth/token response. What could be causing this? Are there specific requirements for either:The app itself (e.g., app type or configuration)? The user creating the app and collecting the client ID/secret?For context, I’m an admin on the Zoom account, but not the owner. I assumed being an admin would be sufficient to authorize account-level API requests — is that incorrect?Ap
I'm playing around with the Zoom SDK for my app, and I've hit a bit of a snag when trying to join meetings hosted by other Zoom accounts. I keep getting this "Error Code: 4011" that basically says my SDK app needs to be published on the Zoom Marketplace. Now, I get why that might be a thing for big, public apps. But honestly, my use case is pretty specific and more on the internal/controlled side. Creating and maintaining a full-blown public app on the Marketplace just for this seems like overkill. So, my question to you all is: Is there ANY way around this? Has anyone figured out a clever trick or a different kind of integration that lets you use the Zoom SDK to join external meetings without having to go through the whole "publish to Marketplace" song and dance?I'm talking about things like private apps, internal integrations, or maybe some hidden config I'm missing. Anything that avoids the public marketplace hassle would be amazing!Seriously, any tips, workarounds, or even just a "no
What I’m trying to doI’m building a Meeting-Component app that uses the Zoom Apps SDK’s video_layer APIs to overlay a “✓” on the camera feed. my manifest.json needs an "app_id" set to my SDK Key (App ID).What I’ve done so farIn the Zoom Marketplace → Develop → Build App, I selected User-managed app → Meeting SDK (sometimes labeled “Zoom App SDK” or “Meeting Component”).Filled out Basic Information, Surface, Embed, Connect, Scopes (only zoomapp:inmeeting), and Local Test → Add App.In the App Credentials panel I see Client ID / Client Secret (for OAuth), but no SDK Key or SDK Secret fields.I opened the Basic Info, Access, Surface, Embed, Connect, Scopes sections again—still only OAuth credentials.Developer Mode is enabled in the Zoom client and I can load my manifest in-meeting, but all zoomSdk calls silently fail because app_id isn’t set. What I expectedA section at the top of App Credentials showing SDK Key (App ID) and SDK Secret, which I can copy into my manifest.json.Documentat
