Hello I manage a zoom account from which I send invitations to persons in order to create an account and join our organization.I am facing an issue with only one account that doesn't receive the invitation.I am the one who created the mail account and also the zoom account once the invitation was received, even checked the spam folder. Thank you

Hi, I'm wondering what is the difference between integration Apps from Zoom and third-party. Actually, I'm trying to integrate Zoom webinar and Hubspot MA. Then, there are marketplaces and integrations Apps on both of their software ("Zoom for HubSpot" on Zoom marketprace and "Zoom" on Hubspot marketplace). I have not been able to resolve the following questions. ・Are there any difference between two Apps?(technically)If there is difference...・What function does the Zoom Apps actually perform?・What function does the Hubspot Apps actually perform?・Do I need to install both?・If we want to develop integration Apps with zoom, we need to place Apps on Zoom marketplace? or can we develop integration App without permission?

We want to make an administration system that maximises a Zoom front desk employee's ability to multitask many customers at the same time. If a Zoom front desk employee has more than two different customers at different sites it is difficult to mulittask. To get access to the customers email system, chat system, information data base today requiers that the front desk employe opens multiple browsers and systems. We are looking for one system, swithing easily from customer to customer. Does this exist?

Hi,  I have connected zoom with vimeo and have following problems: set up in Vimeo the setting: "unlisted". But when the videos get transfered from zoom to vimeo they are set on "private"when I have a zoom meeting that gets recorded to the cloud & transfered to vimeo the recording stops after a while and starts again. That causes, that I have 2 videos for one meeting. In zoom Archive and also in Vimeo. This is bad for my needs, because the videos should not get split. In one case it got split after appx 30 min (of 2hrs meeting). in another case after 90 min (of 2hrs meeting). Does anyone know a solution for both problems? Thanks in advance!

Why does the calling interface sometimes not return data? Obviously, the timeout time has exceeded 1 minute. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work

Hello, everyone!I participate in a coworking conference call all day long. We have checkins every 30 minutes and then reset our timer. We've been using Zoom's Timer App to keep time, but it only "rings" for the person who set it up, even though every participant can see it. Is there a way to make sound aloud for everyone else?Thank you in advance!

Im setting up an internal webhook-only application to act upon received SMS messages.  I verified my webhook endpoint is able to receive POST messages but it seems Zoom is not invoking it. I have the webhook subscribed to both SMS receive and send events and I have tried to use a Power-Pack enabled user and call queue for this... nothing seems to work. All the SMS functions work but the webhook is never triggered and no webhook logs are created. What could I do to further troubleshoot?

I'm trying to get Zoom API Key. So I tried to go to the marketplace.zoom.us page, but I get a blank page. It seems that this problem exists in certain countries, including the Arab countries. I tried several browsers but the same problem, and I tried using an incognito/private browser to access the page. it shows me a blank page.This problem seems new. Because before, I was able to access this page and get the Zoom API Key. Did you try to access this page from an Arab country, and did you face the same problem? The page appears on mobile, but the mobile version does not provide access to the Zoom API Key. I need to get Zoom API Key in order to link my website to Zoom. I have integrated salesforce to zoom, I authorized Zoom for webinars. But all things are done with my user. Can I do the same with different users in salesforce, I mean, I want to sync other user's webinars also but I am not getting any option to do that because at a time only one API key is supported. And when the other user-created a webinar in salesforce it is not created in zoom. It's showing user does not exist. Please guide me if I am missing something in the process. Thank You.

If meetings are started using the Start Zoom Meeting button on the contact record and if they are recorded, does the recording get automatically uploaded in Salesforce or does it only get stored in our Zoom cloud storage space?  Thanks!

 Hi, I am a little confused about what I am paying for at the moment - we have a work zoom account (I am the owner) with 4 licences for our different office sites - I am currently paying $69 per month for a Room Connector (not sure if I need this) plus $839.60 annually for the Standard Pro with 4 licences - I am new to this Zoom thing, do I need the $69 a month charge or would our zoom work with just the standard pro annually?  Thanks in advance!

Hey! I think everything I have everything set up correctly with the Pardot Zoom App because I can successfully send registrant, attendee and absentee lists from Zoom to Pardot for free webinars. When I use the "Charge registration fee through PayPal" option in Zoom to create a paid webinar, the registrant information does not get sent to the configured Pardot list. Here are the Pardot Lists for a free and a paid webinar I set up to test. You can see that Attendees and Absentees sync correctly for both paid and free webinars, but registrants only sync for free webinars: Just to be clear: The integration is installed and working fine as far as I can tell. This issue ONLY applies to the registration list for paid (using the "Charge registration fee through PayPal" option) webinars. Has anyone else experienced this, and had any luck getting registrants to sync to Pardot with paid webinars?

Hi, New user to Zoom, currently implementing Zoom into Salesforce which works via the website.But is there any way to also enable call logging via mobile devices using Zoom phone on mobile and Salesforce mobile?
