Hi, I have added zoom app in Microsoft teams and launched it . It goes through my SSO login prompts and consent.  However , expectation is that TEAMS already logged on with SSO, zoom has to skip these steps. 1. is it possible to integrate zoom SSO login with Teams / AD ?2. How to disable the Phone TAB , it is visible after launching it in TEAMS , however we just need meetings only. Any help is much appreciated! thanksKader

Hi. I'm facing a problem with zoom application. I can't download the app from Google play store. Any help please

I recently bought Signia Streamline Mic to enable me to listen to things on my computer via my hearing aids.   It works perfectly with various  podcasts, You Tube etc, but I can't get it to work with zoom.   I have been told I need to go to settings>audio and select "streamline mic".   But when I look at my settings I can't see anything for "audio", only for "audio conferencing" - and the options there have nothing to do with steamline mic. I have a free account. LATER ADDI am now connected ....   Sorry to have bothered you.

I am the owner of two Zoom Accounts.  One is my personal account and one is in my role as a copresident of a professional organization.   My personal account has always been a pro account. The organizational account is also a pro account.When I was made an owner of the organizational account, my personal plan became basic.I have not been able to upgrade it, because it keeps saying I have a pro account, but it is really basic. How can I fix this so I am paying for two accounts, both pro,.  The email for each account is different. Delloruth

Hi, I followed the instructions on this page, https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4418659325069-Integrating-Moodle-Calendar-with-LTI-Pro, but I am just not seeing the meetings on my calendar on Moodle. I created meetings using the LTI Pro 1.1 via my Moodle course page, I am not enrolled to the course. The meeting dates are not appearing on the calendar block I added to the course page? I tried adding a meeting on Zoom not via the LTI and the meeting is not showing as an even on the Moodle course page too. Obviously, Moodle wouldn't know which course the meeting belongs to? We would love the meetings to appear on the calendar block so that the user can have a clear calendar view of the virtual classroom and submission deadlines. Any advice is much appreciated! ThanksJennifer

Hello, We currently have a customization that integrates with Zoom using Server2Server authentication. I was wondering if we will need to make any changes to our code to ensure the custom code works with Government Zoom as well. We currently do not have a Government zoom account to verify this but wanted to get ahead and account for any changes that will be required.

I am very new to this so please excuse my dumb question. I have created an app and have not published it to the zoom marketplace yet. I am wondering if after doing so can outside users use my app when they have a zoom account? And if they do not have it, will zoom redirect them to get one?  thanks.

Hi,I have been using zoom (pro account) for years with no problems, recently, however, both when I am hosting or attending a meeting, both audio and video are glitching. I recently hosted a meeting with around 10 ppl, I froze for them and they froze for me (every 30 seconds or so), but they did not freeze for each other. I also attend a weekly class and they are freezing for me also intermittently. I have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked my broadband (all good). Can anyone shed any light?

Been looking around a bit for an app that does this, but I haven't found anything, figured I'd post here and see if anyone has an answer.  I'm looking for an app that tells me when everyone who was invited to the meeting is in the meeting. We have a lot of meetings through zoom with a different groups of people. As people filter in, it's unclear if we're "all in" or not and can get started. Generally, we have to go check the invite list in Outlook and make sure no one is absent. Often this takes time out of the start of the meeting that we could use to actually start the meeting. So, if there was an app we could install that just tells us if the people who were invited were in the meeting, that would help. Not sure if something like that exists.  Thank to anyone who helps out.   

Zoom requires attendees to authenticate themselves prior to joining a meeting so Hubspot can authetica/create the attendee and transcribe the meeting.  Basically, attendees need email address (Zoom account) so Hubspot can "match" the Contact in the Zoom Meeting with the Contact record on HubSpot. This is frustrating because attendees without a  zoom account can't log into the meeting unless they create an account and that is not realistic when attendees are prospective clients.

Hi, I was trying to connect my doodle to zoom, and accidentally declined, when I got a popup to link the two.When I try to connect the two again, i get a 4700 error message.It feels like zoom blocked doodle for me, but I can' find a surface to unblock it. Can someone help solve this issue? Bálint

When I checked in profile settings-->zoom account synchronization with outlook. It says 'deactivated' and the tab is disabled. Therefore, I cannot make any changes to it.  Could you please help resolve this issue?
