Hi Zoom Developer Community,I’m currently in the process of submitting my app for Beta Testing on the Zoom Marketplace.After completing all mandatory requirements and switching the environment to Production, my app failed the Security and Privacy Compliance Review with the following message:“We noticed your app supports TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1, which are considered insecure. Please consider ceasing/upgrading these versions.”However, I’ve verified multiple times that:TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are completely disabled on our servers.Only TLS 1.2 and 1.3 are enabled for all inbound and outbound HTTPS traffic.The backend (Node.js / NestJS) runs behind a reverse proxy with strict SSL configuration.We’ve attached full configuration and connection test screenshots in our reply to the Marketplace team as proof, but the review still failed.I’d really appreciate if anyone from the Zoom team or community could help clarify:How does Zoom test or verify TLS protocol versions during app security review?Could the

I have an issue with my account where I cannot use the zoom App SDK. This is the message I get when I try to enable the Zoom APP SDK Feature: "This feature is not available based on the product you select"Has someone experienced this issue before?   

The salesforce-zoom integration has been in our org for some time now but users noticed that the meeting details were not populating automatically. After the user has ended the meeting, these fields:-Zoom Status: Remains as open-Meeting Type: Stays as scheduled-Participants doesn’t update-Participant count doesn't update-Zoom meeting Start time doesn’t update-Zoom meeting end time doesn’t update-Duration (mins) doesn't update ps. The 'Sync Zoom Meeting Details' button were working to populate the mentioned fields however it should be auto-syncing. 

I have changed phones but can't locate an app for free 'basic' -  personal use. Anyone have a link? Guidance greatly received.

Hi Team,  I noticed that the option to create Server-to-Server OAuth option is disabled for me, however it was enabled previously. Also, I can not edit the app that I created before via Server-to-Server. The other two options are still valid (General app & Webhook). I still have the admin role on the account.  There's only one tip text over the created app's name: 'Unable to view the app. Contact administrator for access.'

Hi Team, Does anyone know of any issues with Zoom Conference? Google Calendar is connected to Zoom, but when you select Zoom, it will give an error message: "There was a problem with the Video Conferencing App. Contact the app provider for help."

Hi, I am a Canvas admin but not our organization's Zoom admin, so I cannot "tinker" with the Zoom LTI Pro settings. We create meetings through LTI Pro. We also have Panopto. We would like Zoom cloud recordings associated with meetings that were created through the LTI Pro integration to automatically land in a course folder in Panopto, so that students have access to the recordings there. Why? Because the transcript search is much better in Panopto. However, we want to do this only for specific courses. I'm reading about "scheduling tracking fields" and folder mapping, but this puts me over my head. Question is: Can this workflow be established for only specific Canvas courses? If we create a tracking field, does that mean anyone scheduling any Zoom meeting will be prompted? What does that look like?

Hi I want to remove an App called ClickUp Notetaker which I may have by mistake enabled however subsequently I removed it from the Apps. This App still gets into the meetings. How can I remove it permanently?

I use Huawei Matepad 12X, I downloaded Zoom using GBox, when I click on sign in with Google in Zoom, the built-in browser opens, then I enter my data. The site says that Zoom will open in a few seconds, if not, you need to manually click the button. But no matter how much I click, nothing happens.

Hi all, I am trying to add the Zoom connector by Fivetran app on the marketplace and I am running into this error. On the requirements section, it says: "You are missing the following user role privileges to add the app.Edit on Web Portal API Features>View "Chat channels"" I tried to go to the https://zoom.us/role edit url but i am then shown this error code "Access restricted. (200)" I am confirm I am an admin for our org's account. My co-worker who has company owner role access, is getting the same error while trying to replicate the steps. Any idea how to fix this?  Many thanks!

We have created an App called  DFS_RTMS_APP, we have added events as RTMS_started and RTMS stopped as shown in the screenshot . When we added other events related to meeting like meeting started and meeting stopped these events are getting captured in logs but when we check the logs rtms started and rtms stopped is not getting triggered..This was working until friday and we tested also but since yesterday these RTMS events are not getting triggered . Please let us know if we need to trigger any settings change for this to work .

While some parts update correctly, other components still stick to the default theme, which makes the customization look inconsistent.I wanted to ask if anyone here has successfully managed to apply global CSS changes across the forum. Is there a specific method or best practice to ensure that custom styles don’t get overridden by system defaults?Interestingly, it feels a bit like going through — plenty of options available, but only some choices actually fit what you need at the time. That’s how my CSS changes feel right now: selective instead of global. Any practical tips, code examples, or references would really help me out.Thanks in advance for your support!

Hi everyone,I'm trying to setup the Microsoft - Zoom integration documented here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/zoom-connectorI have a Zoom Workplace Business subscription.Everytime I tried to save the connector, I get the following error message : "Invalid connection details".The Account ID / Client ID / Secret are copy pasted from the App Marketplace website, so it cannot be a typo, as well as the scopes added to the app, and the app status is Activated.If anyone has an idea on the issue, it would be more than welcome. Thanks!

Hello,We host a Moodle LMS system. I am aware of the Zoom plugin for Moodle. It works well. But the client has a different requirement. The clients want the Zoom meeting to run within the course. That means it should be embed in the course activity. The students do not need to use the local Zoom software. According to my observation, I believe this is the suitable one.Zoom Meeting SDK Web Sample (https://github.com/zoom/meetingsdk-web-sample) But how can we run the application as a Moodle plugin? We are not hoping to publish it to the market place.We just want to run it only in the Moodle system only and for the private use only.If the above web sample is not the ideal solution, please let me know the best one. Thanks.

Hi Zoom Community, I’m trying to build an integration to check, via API, how many user licenses and Zoom Room licenses my account has contracted and how many are currently in use. I’ve been through a lot of the documentation and tried several endpoints, but I’m still not able to get this info reliably. What I need:See the total number of user licenses (contracted) and how many are assigned/in use.See the total number of Zoom Room licenses (contracted) and how many are in use (i.e., how many rooms are using a license). What I’ve already tried:I’ve used /v2/users to list users and filter by type, so I can count how many are licensed. That works for “in use”, but I can’t see the total contracted.I tried /v2/rooms to list Zoom Rooms, which shows me the rooms in use, but not the total number of Zoom Room licenses available/contracted.I tried /v2/accounts/{accountId}/entitlements (which some docs mention), but I get “endpoint not recognized”
