I am trying to integrate ZOOM plugin in Moodle, I install it, I enter the APIs but when I am going to generate an activity that is a conference by ZOOM, this comes out:“You are using Zoom for the first time, so you must enable your Zoom account by logging in to with your login credentials. Once you’ve activated your Zoom account, reload this page and continue setting up your meeting.”Can someone help me Am new t o this platform, forgive me if i break any rule with this post but i need assistance asap

I am using Zoom's OAuth 2.0 in my application. I want to know how long a refresh token is valid. Also, if it expires (suppose after 6 months), how will I get a new refresh token?

Hi there, I am reaching out because we have recently installed the official Zoom Phone integration for Zendesk. However, we have encountered an issue where none of the call recording URLs seem to work. Instead, they all give a "no permission" error. We have already created a support ticket for this problem but wanted to check with the community to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue and resolved it.  Full error replicated:You cannot view this recordingNo permission401 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_2293b7d5c1d6ecae I am the account owner and main administrator for our Zoom instance and am unable to resolve this on my own. Has anyone within the Zoom community who uses Zoom Phone and Zendesk experienced this issue? I'd much appreciate any assistance you can provide.  

How do the apps shown in the zoom marketplace appear on the home page? What do I need to do to appear on the page there when I click on the zoom marketplace?

Hi everyone,I need some help with the Zoom admin panel. We have a main account to manage several other paid accounts. I'm trying to create an API key for one of these Zoom accounts but it's giving me the following message: "Developer privilege is required. Please contact your account admin".In tutorials online I see that you can change the account privileges in the admin panel of the main account (as you can see in this screenshot that I found on internet). However, I can not find this admin panel. It's simply not showing up. Why is the admin panel not showing up? Is there another way to change these privelege settings?Thanks in advance,Best,YW

We have integrated Zoom with our Salesforce instance.  We were led to believe that if we held a Zoom event any registered user that is in Salesforce would show an event automatically.  It doesn't seem to be happening.  Would anyone know if this is possible?

I am reaching out to report an issue I've encountered in the final steps of submitting my OAuth app for review. Despite ensuring that all prerequisites and form fields have been completed, the submission button for my OAuth app remains inactive. There are no error messages or clear indications provided on the Developer Dashboard to suggest any missing or incorrect information. RESOLUTION UPDATE:The issue has been resolved. Although I'm unsure about how to delete the post, it's important to note the cause of the problem for anyone who might encounter a similar situation. One of our developers identified that there was a discrepancy in the application: a "login" link provided in the submission for review did not match the corresponding link within the application itself. This mismatch was not flagged by the submission process, which led to some confusion. Please be aware of this in your own submissions.

We're using Zoom in my organization, but lately, the /zoom command has stopped working in Slack. After writing the command and pressing Enter/Return, I get the message "Sorry, can't handle your request right now. Please try again later." (see attached picture).  What can I do here?

So, I'm trying to implement Mentimeter into my lessons that need recording. Sometimes, Mentimeter will show for the first part of the recording, but when I move to the whiteboard after I have returned to the Mentimeter screen, it's just black on the recording; not even my video is there. Sometimes, only the whiteboard section will record. Other times, the whiteboard will stay visible on the recording even though I'm not sharing it anymore.  There is an xcode_error file generated with my attempt this morning, as well as files that haven't been converted. When I tried playing in Media Player, I got a message about encoding, but it was very quick, and I couldn't see the code. I've tried recording to the cloud and locally, and both have the same issue. Hi All,  I am trying to set up notification from zoom to our jira instance, where someone request an app from Zoom Market place, it should create a service request in Jira. but I am unable to validate the hook using our jira instance url. looks like it fulfills the requirement but not sure what I am doing wrong. please assist.

Is there a tool or app to show a revolving globe where participants can pin their city or town? My group pulls folks from all over, and not the same folks every time. It would be fun to play with a globe that would show us where folks are, not using an intrusive geolocator, just a pin-able globe. If it doesn't yet exist, is there a way to request this from zoom app developers? 

There is a Marketplace App called LTI Pro that has been updated. Someone that no longer works here set it up. Even though I am also an Admin, when I go to the LTI Pro page to update it, the "update" button is not active.  I've dug through settings and the Admin console looking for a way to gain permission to update it with no luck. Any ideas what I need to do to be able to update this app? Thanks!

Hi.I am a basic user of zoom, but to make life easier i wanted to use Evernote app from the marketplace. The app can be integrated with Zoom in order too make notes.But for some reason it never works always giving me error message. Hi.The Zoom account and the Azure AD account used for authentication in our university's various systems are currently separate. I'm thinking about switching to license user provisioning from Azure AD. However, many of the license users currently registered with Zoom are using the same email address as their sign-in ID as their Azure AD account. If a user specified for provisioning to Zoom from the Azure AD side has the same email address, what would be the impact on the originally registered Zoom user account? For example, would any data recorded and saved in the cloud with that account disappear?

Hi, Does anyone know how to add Zoom for Intune into Azure for iOS and Android deployment? All I get when clicking on 'Sign up for Zoom for Intune' is a redirect to the Zoom website, which doesn't help with adding Zoom for Intune into Azure.Look forward to your responses, thanks.
