Hello! Please help me with my issue. When I'm sharing my screen, my laptop screen starts flashing and glitching and then such a message appears: screen sharing has stopped because the external display is disconnected. Maybe someone had such a problem? Please help me to solve it!

hi everybody,   I can't find Mailchimp notification app in the zoom market place. can somebody help me out? 

I'm not receiving the notifications as before on email or even from the same Zoom App or browser, when someone is waiting in the room or joined the meeting before the host. I checked all the setup and it's marked as correct. I should receive a notification to my email at least. I did several tests using a different pc to simulate as client waiting in the room, but there is no way to know or get notified. Previously I got email and also appear a popup windows in zoom.Someone is facing the same issue?Zoom is integrated to calendly, my agenda is full until November and this functionality is really usefull.I reinstalled zoom.Checked all setup and seems its  a bug to get fixed from developers.Thanks

I am trying to use the Zoom Workflow (Beta) initiating via Webhook with a variable type "Zoom User Id" and trying passing an email I receive the answear: "{"status":false,"errorCode":"-1","errorMessage":"illegal member id input"}" It is not possible send the email of the account for Data Type "Zoom user ID"? The email is the best option for a No Code/Low Code model.

For some unknown reason, my calendly account has stopped scheduling zoom meetings. both the zoom and calendly accounts are my personal accounts. Calendly says that I need admin approval from zoom. Am I not the admin of my personal account?. 

I have Calendly set to include the zoom meeting details for an appointment.I have Zoom set to create a passcode for all meetings.Yet when the Calendly confirmation is sent to the attendee it does not include a passcode.  The meeting ID works without a passcode.  This is a security issue. How do I get Zoom to respond properly to the integration request from Calendly for a meeting WITH PASSCODE?Thank you,Joyce

When attempting to go live using the livestream app we are now receiving a '502 Bad Gateway’ message. Different people are receiving are using the same app and receiving the same message so it is not the network,Can anyone help?

To build Contact Center apps, it is mandatory to use Zoom App SDK; enable Zoom App SDK and select + Add APIs to add APIs and events. Problem: I cannot check the Zoom App SDK option. It says "This feature is not available based on the product you select.". Appointy keeps sending requests to Zoom to create a meeting but Zoom keeps showing an error message 400. The tech support from Appointy used their own Zoom account to test and it worked for them but it will not create a meeting request using my information. Please advise.  Here is a screenshot of the error message. What data is missing?

I am having issues with the Zoom webinar and pardot list integration. It is all set up and working correctly, I can create a webinar and it works perfectly, allowing me to select a list for registered attendees, but we have two recurring webinars that are already scheduled out on our calendar and the Pardot will not connect with those two. When I try I get an error message 'The webinar ID is invalid.' and the pardot lists dropdown shows up as no data.I've contacted the Zoom support team and they were unable to help, stating "Please be advised that we only have limited tools and information about the integration. "If you know why this is happening or how it can be fixed I'd appreciate the help. Thank you. 

We are integrating Zoom into Brightspace using the LTI Pro app. We have been able to create and start meetings - so far so good! But the documentation indicates we should be able to sync Zoom attendance reports to the D2L gradebook, and I cannot find the "Attendance Report" dropdown option it describes. Does anyone have experience with this? What am I missing?

  Greetings! Our team is testing functionality with Recall AI, and to integrate with Zoom they ask for Zoom SDK Key and Secret. Can anyone help on where we can find these values? I created an app via the Marketplace but I don't see a clear Zoom SDK Key; I see Zoom SDK secret.

i  got following error but in manage my app there is option to add scope but it has no any item name like scheduler. data: '{"code":104, "message":"Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:["scheduler:read:admin","scheduler:read"]"}' 

I try to create meeting via rest api with setting meeting invitees, but seem like it not invite anyone from the meeting invitees list into the call when zoom meeting created and no invite when zoom meeting started. I try using type instant meeting and schedule meeting, instant meeting didnt invite anyone, while schedule meeting only send invitation only, not call the user directly
