When you want to embed a link in an email, you first need to click the ... on the min-format bar and then you get the full format bar at the bottom of the email. Then, when you go to add a link, the cursor is at the start of the text that you are linking, and not starting in the link field as one might expect. So, rather than clicking the link button and immediately Ctrl/Cmd-V pasting, you need to move the cursor first. The fact that you can't use Ctrl/Cmd-K to insert the link in the first place means that what should be a two click operation (Ctrl/Cmd-K, Ctrl/Cmd-V) is a four click operation.Why is Ctrl/Cmd-K used to launch the Search function? That keyboard shortcut is widely used for insert link, and it seems a very odd choice to change its function in this app.

Currently, the calendar app does not access the Google Calendar working hours so that I am unable to use the tool to book time with people, as I cannot see their available working hours. As a result, the calendar is a useful reference for existing meetings, but useless for creating new ones.

Hello everyone!  I am trying to support a user with an issue they are having with the calendar feature in their Zoom desktop application. The user is signed in with their work account, Zoom Outlook plug-in is installed, but I cannot connect the Outlook calendar to their Zoom desktop app. I clicked the "Add Calendar" option to link it, but a Window pops up saying the admin needs to grant access for this feature. On the back end, I don't see a setting to change for this. Anyone know what setting this might be?

Previously, scheduling meeting by iphone provided an Add button, then synced meeting to phone calendar. This facility has disappeared. None of the support suggestions have remedied this problem meaning I need to manually add all my meetings to my calendar. How can I restore this function?

I have MS Office including Outlook. I have a recurring meeting every day at 8:30 since months ago. 3 weeks ago this meeting was cancelled. In Outlook the meeting does not appear but in Zoom is still in the calendar and every day, at 8:25, I receive the notification that in 5 minutes I have the meeting. My zoom version is 5.16.6, the last one for MS Windows. Hoy can I synch my Zoom calendar with Outlook correctly ?

i have created re-occurring zoom meetings for every tuesday in 2024. When I add to outlook calendar, it only adds the first occurrance.  I did this last year and had no problems.  Any suggestions?

Hi,I work for a client whose given me delegated access to his Google Calendar (I don't have to log in using his own Google credentials). So my setup right now is I still log in to my own Google Calendar and use my own Zoom account (I believe I have the basic version).My client has asked me to set up a Zoom meeting for him which will of course be added to his Google Calendar.However, my problem right now is that my only options when I manage my Google Calendar, is to set up a Zoom meeting using my own account, which has very limited features: a waiting room that will require for the host to manually allow participants to join in (I won't be in the Zoom meeting), and most importantly, a meeting that has a time limit (the client's meeting could go past 2 hours).Is there a way that allows me to set up a Google Calendar event using my client's Google Calendar that's delegated to my own Google Calendar, and my client's Zoom account? We have a meeting set for one of our Zoom rooms that no longer takes place there. The owner of the event is not available to cancel it on her calendar. As a Zoom admin, what can I do to remove that recurring event from the room?

Curious if anyone else has seen this.  I enabled MAPI calendar integration.  (We have on premise Exchange servers)  After I do that, when I reboot, Zoom launches and then it fires up Outlook.  1/2 the time Outlook comes up and says it hates life and needs to open in Safe Mode.  When I turn off MAPI calendar integration I don't see that issue.  So I'm pretty sure it's related.  We're on the latest and greatest Zoom VDI Client and Outlook plugin versions.  Just me?

We have Enterprise zoom, Outlook365, using latest Outlook client.Only plug in in Outlook is zoom.  About 6 months ago, I noticed there was a zoom update - and this is when the calendar stopped syncing.The issue is me and my business partners receive outdated popups for calendar events that were rescheduled or cancelled.  I see people joining meetings that don't exist or were moved, and I am joining meetings where nobody is present.  A huge time waste.I followed the suggestions and saw that calendar sync was already on. I turned it off, then back on and then the syncing worked, for about 5 days, then it stopped again. I went back in to the calendar sync option and it was on - but it was greyed out, so I couldn't turn it off and back on again. I created a ticket with our internal zoom support and they said that this setting was hardcoded by Zoom, not our administrators.Needless to say calendar sync has not been working since.  Now there's no way to turn

I have a user on our Enterprise account using Outlook for calendar/mail and Edge as his main browser.  We've set up the Outlook plugin to connect Zoom and it works fine until he shuts down his machine. When he turns back on, the connection to his Zoom account is lost and he needs to log in again through the Outlook plugin.  Does anyone know if this could be an issue with Edge?  Is there a trick for keeping the setting?

I think I activated, and I don't remember how, notifications from Zoom of all the events I have on my Google calendar. I only want notifications for Zoom events to come to me from Zoom. How should I proceed?   

Hi , I am new to zoom pro and am just trying to schedule a meeting. I am in the UK and the way we write our dates is different from the US.  For example the 5th of Nov 2023 would be written 05/11/23 and US way would be 11/05/23. This makes it tricky when scheduling as I cant seem to change the calender . Any advice please . Thanks  

When I schedule a Zoom meeting on my MacBook Pro, the event is not added to my Outlook calendar

I've been using Zoom Mail and find it a nice alternative to Outlook.  My machine is running so much faster without Outlook running (and I have 16 GB RAM).   I got my first calendar invitation today.  The invite doesn't show the date/time or offer the ability to RSVP.   Not difficult to pop over to OWA to check on the invitation and RSVP, but was wondering if there were plans to add this ability going forward?

I have a user who created a recurring Zoom meeting for every Monday from 11-11:30am and it does not show up in the Calendar for the room that accepted it. I was able to create the meeting with no issues. I went over to watch and see and the user created it correctly. I can even see the recurring meeting in the user's settings for Meetings. 

Hi all, I have a user that uses the Outlook website. Via that website, she uses the Zoom plugin and logged in via SSO. She is constantly being logged out and having to log back in. No other user in the org is having this problem. She is obviously pretty frustrated at this point, but my team has no idea how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?

YOUR TRASHY ZOOM GMAIL DOESN'T WORK!

Since there's no "Mail" location (fwiw, there's no "Calendar" either), I'm using "Team Chat." This is a business account, but it’s a small business. And before everyone starts giving me helpful Windows tips, thank you but I’m on a Mac (OS 12.6.7 Monterey). The ironic thing about this is that I DON’T want to connect my mail, but I DID want to connect my calendar. Now I’m stuck with a Mail notification dot that drives my OCD nuts. Scrolling to the bottom of my (online) Zoom Account Profile, under "Others," Calendar, Contact, and Mail all have Read and Write checked. No way to change (uncheck) them there. If I click the "Edit" button next to my Microsoft account, and sign into that, Zoom just replies with a message that I’ve successfully connected my calendar. Again. Is there a chance that this was set at the company level, and (say) Mail can’t be synced because of settings there, but Zoom Desktop still thinks it should sync, so we get into an "open the pod bay doors, Hal"

Does anyone know how to turn off the feature that pulls all of my appointments (even if they are not zoom) into the zoom calendar?  I keep getting incorrect notifications for meetings that aren't even scheduled for that day and I can't find where to unsync.   Thanks!
