When someone sends me an email invite to a Zoom meeting, the email includes the link. When I click on the .ics file to add it to my Apple Calendar I can still see the Zoom link, but once I click the accept button, the link disappears. I have to copy and paste the link from the email into Google Calendar before it will appear in  the Apple calendar again. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I am new to the Zoom community, so I don't know if this has been addressed or not.  I am a CPA and as part of my signature block, I have a CALENDLY link that the recipient can schedule a conference call.  Once the call is schedule, I cancel that meeting and replace it with a ZOOM meeting invitation for the same day & time requested. Is there a similar link for Zoom that I could replace the Calendly link so that the recipient could just request a Zoom meeting with me? Thank you in advance for any help on this topic.

I created a recurring Zoom meeting and then copied and pasted the Zoom invite into a recurring Google Calendar meeting. Later, I edited the Zoom meeting to change from 1st Wednesday of month to the 2nd Wednesday of month. In the Google Calendar recurrence, the meeting still shows with the correct dates (2nd Wednesday) and I just tested it out with my colleague and it worked.In Zoom online, when I go to my meetings, I can see that there is only 1 occurrence of the meeting still listed, and it's for the 1st Wednesday of the month, so it's incorrect, and the rest of the occurrences are deleted. Is it possible there is some kind of weird syncing happening to have made this happen, or a glitch on Zoom? I am concerned as to why this would have happened so welcome any input.

Hello, When I create a new event in the zoom application on my PC and select "Add to Outlook Calendar", it does not add the event to my Outlook calendar.  However, I know that my calendars are synched otherwise, because I see all of my Outlook appointments within the Zoom app.  Please help me determine why it is not adding back my  new appointments onto my Outlook calendar. I have the online Outlook 365 service. Thanks

Zoom meeting requests come in on my MacBook (current OS Sonoma 14.3.1) via my MS Exchange email address.  Only options are Maybe, Decline or Accept as there is no .ics file attachment.  When I choose Accept, the meeting invite goes to Trash and nothing gets added to Calendar. If I open Calendar, there is no meeting request in the NEW or REPLIED boxes. Because of this I am having to add all Zoom requests by hand to Calendar. Unable to find a solution via research or Apple Support. Any thoughts on how to solve would be greatly appreciated. 

Several folks at my organization are receiving emails with the subject "You're Invited: Join a Live Demo," from teamzoom at e.zoom.us (at to avoid astrix).  Is this a legitimate email address for Zoom? TIA!

We are no longer receiving the login verification email messages. Gmail has recently changed their rules and require a valid SPF record. I believe Zoom's SPF record may be faulty. See https://www.spf-record.com/spf-lookup/zoom.us

Hello everyone!I have a question regarding Google Calendar and Zoom integration, specifically concerning the editing of numbers listed in meeting descriptions and invitations. When scheduling Zoom meetings, the meeting description and invitation include various countries' phone numbers, access codes, and passcodes for participants to join via phone.  My question is: How can we edit these numbers listed in the Google Calendar meeting description and invitation to ensure that participants have the correct information to join the meeting? For example, I want to delete some numbers from descriptions automatically generated by Zoom, how can I do this? Any insights, tips, or workarounds from the community would be greatly appreciated. Have you encountered similar challenges, and if so, how have you addressed them?

I logged into Zoom to find a "your calendar isn't connected." error. When I click to re-connect, it takes me to a Microsoft screen with an incorrect account email and no ability to switch accounts. Additionally, when I try to add a new linked account, a small red error message popup comes up with '11111'. I'm still able to add a zoom meeting link within Outlook so it seems to still be working eventhough there is the error message. I'm using Chrome Version 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (64-bit). Zoom One Pro subscription version 5.16.10 (26186) 

Zoom is no longer synching up with my Outlook account.  I used to be able to add the meeting to my calendar by clicking the button.   Now I have to download the file and when I open it I get an error message.   Is anyone else having this issue?   

Every time I try to add a meeting in Outlook, It acts like it's trying to add a Zoom meeting and then returns "500 Internal Server Error." I've tried removing the plug-in for Zoom and adding it back and no luck. Please help! 

hi may i seek assistance, i have a zoom pro and newly build computer however there is an issue of Windows Security pop up saying "Connecting to zoom.us" then ask me to enter username and password it pops up randomly thru the day and needs to enter my credentials 3 time in order for it to go away is there a solution for this to stop it from popping out?already did reinstall zoom to latest  versionclear credential manager

Hi there, I host a recurring monthly meeting. I typically batch the schedule out several weeks at a time and send out the message to all of the attendees. One attendee has had difficulty with getting the meeting added to their calendar so that the correct link shows up every time. If I'm understanding them correctly, what is happening is that the event is in their calendar but with the same link every time. I'm unsure of the exact steps that the person is using to add the event to their calendar and how much of it may be user error and how much may be a tech issue. They use Apple and the invite goes out using Google Calendar, which I'm now learning could be a big part of the problem. Does anyone know of a solution? TIA

I can schedule meetings and add invitees. after hitting send, the meeting shows up on upcoming meetings listed in Zoom. Email notifications do not get set out, I checked settings and don't see anything associated with this in settings. All of this is on windows laptopfyi... this used to work until I started using a macbook this week and downloaded zoom.  now neither computer sends out notificationsany suggestions are welcome!

Anyone knows how to remove the email app in zoom and its desktop notifications ?

Hi, I need to integrate zoom appointments onto my apple calendar. I do not use google products.

We are installing our first Logitech Tap / Rally Bar Zoom room. We have integrated Office 365 calendar following the instructions. We have everything working and can schedule the room in 365 Outlook. However, while the meeting shows up on the Tap it only shows the time and meeting info not the day's full calendar (showing open / booked time for that day. We tried scheduling more than 1 meeting on the same day but the result is the same. I can see each meeting but no times in-between or before / after. Any ideas? We CAN see the meetings on the "Room Calendar" in the shared room calendar on our desktops. Just not on the Tap. Running latest version of Zoom 5.16.5.Side note: We are running Mac Books with Windows Parallels for Office 365 

Hello, After creating the meeting in Zoom, is there a way to generate a link which participants can use to add the details of the meeting to their Google Calendar? I know that Zoom provides a link after you create the meeting in order for you to add it to your calendar but when I gave the same link to others, it doesn't work and the get the "Looks like you can't access this page right now. (200)" message. Please let me know

Good evening, I am writing today because my father had an issue with getting his patients to receive his Zoom invitations via email. When I tried entering the meeting code and his user code, it said it was invalid. Please advise for a solution. we have tried sending the link to one of my emails but it won’t be received by my original emails. 

Hello. I have been using zoom for years and use the desktop app to schedule meetings and invite participants via email addresses. All of a sudden, the invite email address seems to get dropped out of the invite when it is sent as a calendar invite. Any ideas why? Thank you!

Hello Everyone, I have installed Zoom Outlook Plugin and I can find it here C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\Zoom Outlook PluginI have a question. I want to know if it's possible to call the Zoom Outlook Plugin library(COM component) to schedule a zoom meeting in C# console application?  if it's possible how can I do that, any document can share with me? Many thanks.Jerry
