Wie kriege ich es hin, dass die Einwähltelefonnummern nicht mehr in der ZOOM-Einladungsmail angezeigt werden ?
I have dark mode enabled on the desktop client for Zoom. However, when I access a message, I get a large white box around the body of the email. This doesn't happen anywhere else on the client. I can't seem to find any fixes or options to change this behavior.
We have a morning meeting that I would like to have everyone in our ORG join and show up in their calendar without having to manually invite new hires. What is the best way to do this?
I just integrated my google mail with Zoom and I don't like it. How do I turn this off?
Twice now, I have sent emails to clients, and they say they aren't receiving them. I have had family members and friends receive the emails when I haven't even entered their email addresses. Has anyone else ever had this happen?
I can get Zoom to integrate with my Godaddy Microsoft office 365 account. However, I look looking at all my calendars in apple calendar, where I can see the godaddy account, but the zoom meetings are not displaying. This used to work until about a week ago.
We started off years ago with the Zoom Outlook Plug-in and then moved to the recommended by Zoom Outlook Add-in which is not called Zoom for Outlook Extension v. 2.8.0.0 as shown in our Office 365 Admin Center. This worked correctly up until about two weeks ago or longer when I noticed it enough to look into it.I'm the Zoom admin and confirmed that my profile is configured for Outlook Integration and when I create a meeting in Outlook I do see the Zoom add-in/extension settings. The main two things that are happening consistently now:Outlook meetings that I didn't create but have on my calendar show up in Zoom desktop app but I don't get the notifications anymore. Events that I created, I do get notifications forIf I delete a calendar event that I created from Outlook it gets deleted from my Zoom app, but if I delete an event that's not mine from Outlook it doesn't get deleted in Zoom app. Doing this from Zoom app first doesn't seem to make a difference, I get mixed re
I have one google account but a few sub calendars under that don't seem to be syncing up with my zoom app. Is there a way to ensure that all calendars under my google account are appearing in the zoom meetings section? Most of these have zoom links in them.
Hello everyone!I would like all emails that I receive from Zoom (password change, verification codes for new registration, etc.) to be sent not only to my email account, but also to two other accounts. How can I do this?Normally you can set up a filter that forwards the emails towards other accounts. But my email account/domain cannot do that. Thanks in advance!
Hello,This is so odd. When I use the @608130 bot, it uses an old work email address, but when I schedule zoom meetings on my calendar or via the zoom dashboard, zoom use my current (correct) work email address. How do I know this is happening, because when I start a meeting using the @608130 bot (in Google Chat) it starts the meeting and then zoom thinks I'm a participant, and then I get an email stating that I've joined my own meeting? haha. I can see that the notification email (about me joining my own meeting) is being sent to my old work email address (because I still have access to it). Everywhere I look in my zoom and google account shows that I'm logged in with my current work email address. Where is the @608130 bot getting my old work email address from?!?!?! So bizarre. 🙂 -Ron M.
When scheduling a Zoom meeting in Outlook, the default font is set to Aptos. I would like to change it to Calibri by default. How can I do this? I have tried the below steps To change the default font for Zoom meetings in Outlook, you can follow these steps:Open Microsoft Outlook.Go to the "File" tab in the top-left corner.Click on "Options" from the menu on the left-hand side.In the Outlook Options window, select "Mail" from the list on the left.Scroll down to the "Compose messages" section.Click on the "Stationery and Fonts" button. In the Signatures and Stationery window, select the "Personal Stationery" tab.Under "New mail messages", click on the "Font" button. In the Font window, choose the desired font (Calibri) and other formatting options.Click "OK" to confirm the changes.Click "OK" again to close the Signatures and Stationery window.Close the Outlook Options window.
Is anyone else having this issue? When I create a new meeting using the Zoom PC app, and click on schedule, I can create the meeting add my guests and then hit "save". at this point the zoom app opens an outlook window to save and send the invite. However, for some reason the invites always get placed on my Outlook account and not my business account. What am I doing wrong? How is the Zoom app associating my scheduled meeting with an email address that IS NOT associated with my Zoom account?
Help! I'm ready to pull my hair out.Since the clocks have changed in the UK, my Zoom has gone crazy. I schedule an appointment through the Zoom website login. For example schedule it for 2pm-3pm, it shows as 2pm-3pm.I send it to attendees and it shows them the appointment from 3pm-4pm.The Zoom App will also show me 3pm-4pm.I sync to my calendar and it shows me 3pm-4pm.However the original schedule in the Zoom log in is still 2pm-3pm. I've checked my settings and I am in the correct time zone too. It's making me look really unprofessional and also totally messes up the availability and appointments in my diary. Clients think I'm changing times from what we've agreed so messing up their appointments too.I've recently moved back to Zoom in hopes of ease for my clients, but it's causing me endless problems with this issue. Does anyone have any solutions, please?
Hello!I am wondering if anyone can can help me to know, how to change the associated Email address, the Email box which pop up after we save a meeting schedule.Thank you in advance!
When I use the Zoom Chrome plugin, a person is notified they are an alternative host when I schedule from Google Calendar and click the "Make it a Zoom Meeting". I did this for one meeting, but now they get notified for EVERY meeting. How do I keep this from happening?
I am trying to log into zoom on my new IPad and it will log in on the small browser window that launches when I click login but it will not transition out of the window to the app itself. Verified all updates (device and app), deleted app etc. and still no luck. I am using a single Sign-on via google. Tried signing on directly and no luck.
Something has changed, and I need help changing it back. I sign into my Zoom account with my business Gmail account on my Mac. Then, I start my scheduled meeting. But now, when I want to add a participant from within the meeting on the desktop client and I choose Gmail to invite the person, Zoom takes me to my personal Gmail account instead. In the past, it always went to the Gmail account that is the same as my Zoom account. How can I change that default back to my business Gmail account? Any advice would be appreciated. Brian
Hello,I have been having an issue recently where when creating a recurring meeting, if needed, I am unable to change a single instance of the meeting. Whether that is changing the time of the meeting, or the optional participants of the meeting. Either I will get no error and the change will not take effect, or I will receive error 4502 or error 3000. My Zoom application is up to date, I have tried performing Outlook troubleshooting as well but nothing has seemed to work. Please advise!Thank you

What is the correct Zoom SPF record include:_spf.zoom.com" or "include:_spf.zoom.us" or both of them

When I create meeting and send an invite to client, they get invite from my personal email address instead of business email address. Cannot figure out how to resolve this,if someone can help
I am having issues with people getting my Zoom invites. I schedule the meeting and I have it export to my ical. My ical opens I add the attendees and hit send and no one is getting my invites. When I copy and paste the invitation from Zoom and send in an email that works but then the person getting the invite has to add that meeting to their calander manually. I'm trying to get it so that they get an invite via email and can just click the date and time and it automatically adds to their calendar
When I create a new zoom appointment using Microsoft Outlook 365 with Zoom Plug in works great. When I edit or change that appointment in the future it will not keep my prior description or future changes, but replaces everthing with a template message when I send out change to those invited to the meeting.
