We are about to go live on Zoom Sessions soon and are trying to test/develop an SOP for cancelling an event. I understand how to cancel the event but I'm really disappointed in the email that is sent to registrants. I inserted a message that Zoom then copies into an email they control. Here are all of my issues:Why doesn't Zoom provide an email template for event cancellation so that the branding carries over and we can control the whole message? Why can't I send a test email like I can from an email template or when rescheduling an event? Why is there a new calendar invite attached to the cancellation email that has a Subject Line of "Private Event?" Why is the sender of the email "Zoom Events" instead of the email address associated with my license. These are huge issues and I can't figure out any workaround. It does not appear that I can bypass this cancellation email. It is my only choice when I cancel an event. Open to any tips from current users and please put these enhanc
Hi Zoom Community, Wondering if there are updates on how well Chromebooks perform with Zoom events. Many of our clients will have Chromebooks. Does the Chromebook add-on help here at all? Thanks in advance,Deborah
I've edited and saved the description for a published event and the changes won't take affect? The description was edited in the following path Event content/Session/About this sessionCan anyone help?

We need the ability to default the "Show Past Events" box to checked so that our clients see all of our events by default. The ability to set the default on this field needs to be added to the Profile section of Zoom Sessions.
In our Zoom Events Hub, each event title is cut off and does not wrap beyond two lines of text even though there is clearly enough white space to include the entire title. Please add text wrap so the entire title is visible.
It would be very helpful to our users if Date, Time and Duration were listed on each upcoming event widget in our Zoom Hub. Since we only host single day events, the current layout that shows "Start Date" - "End Date" makes no sense to our clients.
UPDATEI've found out that the Custom Offer functionality is now Generally Available. Contact me if you want to know more.Original PostIn today’s (October 21, 2024) Zoom Events Release Notes, there are two items that indicate “New or enhanced features” relating to the long-anticipated Custom Offer functionality. The Custom Offer functionality allows a host to provide potential registrants a special code to claim a percentage discount on a ticket or to access special ticket types not available to the general public. I’ve been on the beta program for this feature for over two months now, and I think it’s something many Zoom Events producers are looking for. The problem I have is that this was announced in the August and September release notes, but in both cases, this was pulled from these releases. Unfortunately, the October release notes don’t mention the inclusion of the original feature set (just the two enhancements to it), and I’m hoping this is just a doc
Hi, I have entered the URL for both my speakers and my exhibitors but it is not showing on their pages...how do I make this happen? And any possibility of them being hyperlinked? Thanks
Looking for some help.Whenever I do a powerpoint presentation on zoom, the slides get all broken up (lines thru them and words missing) Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it??
We noticed a new layout for the event listing page - the events are now squares on the page. But we have lost the meeting time display. Is there a setting to display meeting time in the event listing page aside from Meeting name and date? Thanks!
I recently changed my sign-in email on my account. It was confirmed and the new email is now active. When I create a new event the host email address that shows up on the invite is still the old address. I want it to be the new email address. Is there somewhere else I must change this?
I have created a Zoom Event. There are two ticket types- in person and virtual (both free). Attendees have already registered. The main meeting sessions are plenary sessions and have been added to the agenda- everyone is invited to those. There are about 8 smaller meetings happening over two days that I am adding now (four concurrently one morning before the main meeting and four the next) that not everyone is invited to. I thought I knew how to do this- I created the meeting in Zoom, clicked hide from agenda (or whatever that setting actually reads), and then looked for a Zoom link to send to the virtual attendees so they can join. There is no link though, and I can't tell what happens to the session if it's hidden from the agenda. Obviously I can still see it on the back end, but how do people join it if they can't see it? How do I make the settings so some people can see it? There are about 60 attendees who should have access to the smaller meetings- some just one but some will be i

Hi, I'm trying to work out or find a workflow with end user screenshots that depict the user journey from entering your event hub, clicking on an event registering and purchasing a ticket through to entering the lobby, joining the session and doing a post survey. What I want to see is how when I configure the hub and events and change various settings how it changes/impacts what the user sees and experiences. My natural logic tells me that when I click on the event, I can see what the event is about, who is speaking, what ticket options there are with pricing and then click on a ticket which will then allow me to register and pay. However it does not appear to "flow" and Look like this.

When we schedule a zoom event in our hub and people register, we do not receive any sort of notification. We have the little box checked in our notification settings to receive an email and a zoom notification (in the zoom events hub notification center) when changes are made to the event. Yet, we do not receive any sort of notification. I have had a ticket open for 2.5 weeks with Zoom support, but get no where with their service team. It's frightening that we pay a lot of money and cannot get answers. Any advice on how to receive an email notification when someone registers for an event would be helpful.
Are the maps available on the web version if you are in-person mode? I see them in the app, but not in the web version. It would be nice for attendees to be able to see the maps if they join on their computer before the event but download the app. Any suggestions?
I would like to know if its possible to draw a report on a question I asked when people had to register. I asked " would you like to be informed on furture events" the registerion report that I draw does give me the answer but the format is terrible, its a CVS format which makes it impossible to sort.
Hello, We have dozens of people who are registering for an online meeting who have somehow bypassed one of the required custom questions. When we generate a report, it shows 'No response', which isn't one of the answer choices. My colleague and I both have tried registering and it will not let us confirm and register without answering this question. Does anyone know what's happening and how to quickly fix it?
Is there a way to create coupon codes for zoom events?
