Proの契約をしています。いつも100人まででミーティングしていますが、今度100人を超える出席者が参加することになりました。今のところ1回だけなので、1か月だけ500人に増やす予定です。今使っているミーティングIDを変更せずに出席人数を100人を500人に増やすことはできますか。

Hello All, We are looking at hosting an event that might contain  a few copyrighted audio tracks  out of movies and few tracks from known instrumental composers. Anyone here has experienced any issues on such a production, does zoom flag such copyright tracks?  

How do have a two-day event that is not a Series because thy start at different times. First day is a evening session, next day starts mid-morning. This is one event, like a two-day conference. 

I have create my first (free) Zoom Summit in Events. I have yet to complete the summit setup but was concern that as a UK account holder in the Preview I see a message that only US users can register."This event is open to users located in the US only."The documentation does not seem to support that only US users can register for summits. Please can someone tell me how to check that the countries I wish to invite attendees from can register?The account is UK hosted. Attendees from UK, Brazil, South Africa, Germany, Kenya, Cameroon, Jamaica, Nigeria. I cannot see any mention of these countries being restricted from registering for a free summit.

Hello Everyone. I am hoping someone can answer my question. I currently am running a wellness program for corporate on Zoom. I lead people in mindfulness practices and use my QuickTime to play ambient music when I speak. I would like to know if its possible to ALSO play a YouTube video ( of an ocean scene for example) while I am guiding everyone, instead of having them see me during our meditations. I tried this and when the video ran ( sound was muted) the listener could not hear the music coming out of QuickTime player. Do the two cancel out?  My participants are viewing me from a large screen in their boardroom. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I noticed that I cannot set up a summit with 2 consecutive days yet. If I set up 2 summits (day 1 and day 2) is that a way in wich I can have the same link for both days?

I have a few speakers that have recieved their speaker ticket emails. They are able to get registered but when trying to join the lobby they get the message "This Zoom event ticket is associate with a different Zoom account than the one you've logged in to. To join the Lobby, please switch to the Zoom account used to get the ticket." The only thing is both speakers say they are using a Zoom account with the same email address... Any ideas on how I can fix this? 

Subject seems to have increased significantly lately and there are some myths around e.g. that turning off video will fix audio breaking up.  I gather the issue is almost entirely a lack of whatever it's called "bandwidth" or CVC probably related to having a budget priced Internet Providor with insuffient resourcing for peak hours in particular.  Is this correct and is there a simple official sort of article somewhere to assist in sending the link to relevant participants in Online Meetings?

Does anyone experienced Control Panel Menu to appears randomly on the Meetings once connected via Room System and Polycome Bridge? When 3x Zoom meeting are connected to Polycome bridge once a wile they will show the control Panel which usually is on by pressing 1 on the remote control. This notification randomly appears on a meeting or on few meeting at the same time. How can we disable this or avoid this situation to happen ? Please could you advise. Thank you

Hi All!  Technically challenged here...I just taped a 40 minute zoom call that I'd like to email but it's saying the recording is too big to send.  I don't have Dropbox or Google Drive (which the error message is saying I should use to send it) and I don't really want to pay for those services.  Is there another way?  I recorded it to my computer- should I have recorded in on the Zoom Cloud?  TIA! 

I am having in-person classes and it will also be zoom presentation for those who can not come in person. If I am connected to a 2nd TV to show the PowerPoint, will the people watching see the PowerPoint or will they see the camera showing the whole room?I will have a lapel mic on so they can hear me. Is that going to work? OR does anyone have a great suggestion on how to do this so both zoom attendees and in-person attendees get a good experience?

I attended an OnZoom event from my laptop and then wanted to switch to my desktop.   When I tried to login to the event on my desktop, it said I had already logged in from another device - even though I was logged out from my laptop.   Is switching devices not possible?   Thanks

Should a Co-Host of an OnZoom Meeting be able to see and admit people from the Waiting Room?   I was Co-Host in such an event, and I wasn't seeing anyone come in via the Waiting Room (a process I am normally very familiar with). I believe the Host was seeing people and admitting them - but I would have expected to see some.    Thanks   Rupert

I am hosting a hybrid fitness class (both virtual and physical participants) via Zoom.I will havea) 1 desktop to share music and connect to studio speaker to play music.b) 1 iPhone11 that functions as a camera (spotlight to everyone). My question is:I will like to attach a Airpod Pro to the b) as a MIC to instruct the class. But since the Airpod Pro is also a earphone with sound out, I will be hearing my own feedback music and voice from the Zoom session which will be confusing to me. Will I be able to switch the sound output off and maintain the sound input via the Airpod Pro MIC independently using Zoom's controls?

Hello Dear Admin,Warm greetings.Please I would like to know why I’ve not been able to use the screen share option on my account as soon as my participate log into the meeting.I(the Host) observed that when I’m the only one in the meeting room, the screen share option is active but the moment a participate logged in, the screen share option will show “you have been restricted from using the screen share”.Please I will like this to be resolved as soon as possible. I have a meeting in the next 5 hours and I will like to be able to use the share screen option.Thank you so very much.

With a paid Zoom license, and a billing address within the United States, you can become an OnZoom Host and begin publishing events!    Make sure you follow these instructions in order to grant OnZoom permissions within your Zoom account: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360052678671-Authorizing-group-level-OnZoom-permission
