Hi, all-- I am sharing a video with sound but I don't want the other Zoom accounts to be able to hear my microphone. Is there a way to mute myself but still share sound in a video? Thanks!

Hi Zoom Community! I have a group that wants to share a recording of a zoom event they did with people outside their Zoom account. I always upload our recordings to a website/YouTube and then share a link, but they don't have access to another website. Is there a way to share the recording with people who 1)are outside their Zoom account and 2) may not have a zoom account? thanks!Allison 

It would be great to have this as an option to activate. It doesn't make sense that attendees who register do not have the ability to add to calendar once registration is complete. Thank you

Hi there, recently I can't open Zoom-links in Telegram or emails anymore. I don't think this is a Zoom-problem. Rather it has to do with Windows 10. But since I could not find a solution after days of searching, I hope one of you can help me on the way to a solution?I assume it has to do with how Windows handles links. And this funciton must be disturbed.... Any idea is welcome.Marlon

Hi,   I see support for joining onZoom sessions in the Release Notes for Zoom Rooms earlier this year, but how is this actually achieved.   Assuming I already have a ticket for an onZoom event, how do I join with a Zoom Room when the times comes? Thanks,   Rupert

Hi, I'm a user in Korea using zoom service. Why I send this email to you is there was some troubles in connecting your web page. Unfortunately, Sometimes there was 403 error replied when I connect your sign up web page or login web page. I'm wondering why this error happens. Could you give me a reply to prevent this 403 error? I am trying to set up my agenda in Zoom Events and the formatting is off.  I have tried using different "bullets" instead of hashtags and nothing is working. It just puts everything together. Any tips?  

Hello, I'm starting to record some videos for training. I'm using the slides as a virtual background feature which is a beta I know.  It shows my self-view and also the video of me in the corner. I click hide self-view and the video of me is still in the corner which is what I want, but when I look back at the recording it just has the self-view box video of me in the top right, not the video of me in the bottom corner.  Hope that makes sense. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've attached a screen for what I want and attached a screen of what the recording looks like

I'm no longer receiving email notifications that recordings are ready to be shared. Previously, I would receive an email notification, often within 15-20 minutes after the meeting, that the recording is ready for download/sharing. This no longer happens. I've checked the junk mail folders—nothing. I've found it difficult, nearly impossible actually, to find the setting where I can make sure this is enabled. I did come across a setting to notify the host and attendees when the recording is available. I've enabled this, however, neither myself, nor the attendee is receiving notifications for the download/sharing of the recordings.

I'm trying to find details from a meeting I created about a year ago. I can't find past meetings that go that far back. Possible? 

I have three people collaborating as teachers in a program. Each teacher has a Zoom account, but they will present on different days at different times and we want the students to have the same Zoom link and passcode for each class regardless of who is teaching. Can that be done?  

i set up a zoom summit for an upcoming meeting. I was only able to set it up for one day. i also have two breakout sessions that run concurrently. it doesn't allow me to run concurrent sessions. Just wondering how others have handed this. 

I emailed Zoom administrators, last week, and have not gotten an answer.  I see that workshop providers are promoting their events, and I would also like to do the same.  How do I get access?  Is this free or do we pay?  Help????  I 

hello! I've just had a hacker attack on my conference and I couldn't neither ban them^ nor switch off the sound. Cold you recommend me what to do in such cases? Thank you 

First issue I'm having is that I've set up a Zoom Summit and the opt in to our privacy policy and terms and conditions is not a mandatory field. It can't be made a mandatory field according to Zoom support.  If the users don't check that box, no registration form appears and they can order a ticket and not fill in a single detail in the registration.  Is there a way around this to not have a registration page in Zoom Summit and use a link to our own registration page? I can't seem to publish the zoom summit without using Zoom's registration page. Second Issue is that the State field does not work outside of the US.  It doesn't allow free text and the only option is other. Has anyone encountered this?  Really finding Zoom Events unfriendly and not worth the investment. Too many issues.

How to I get the publish button to highlight so I can publish my event?

After creating an event in Zoom Events. I cannot set my event to "Accessible only to users with event link" All of my summits auto set to "Private Summit." Is there something I'm doing wrong to change this setting?

I'm creating a Zoom event hub for a two day event. I've added the agenda for Day 1 but don't have an option to add a second day. How do I fix this?

I can't seem to publish my event in zoom events. The publish button shows, but when I hover over it I get the red circle with the line in it and it's faded out. I can save, but the publish button is still inactive. There are no error messages for missing information. Any suggestions?
