Hi !I would like to change the language of Zoom Event (English to French) but for attendees. I use the license in Québec and we need to have the email confirmation or receipt of the ticket in French. Do you know how I can make the change ? Thanks ! Maéva
We are setting up a conference in Zoom Events. Each of our panels has a moderator and panelists. It seems that panelists don't get the profile of speakers (image, name listed in agenda), but that speakers can only be assigned special tickets (ie free). Is there a way to have the panelists' pictures and charge them a full price ticket? Thanks for any insight into the different roles of speaker vs panelist. I wasn't able to find any details on my own.
Is there a way to turn off live streaming from the expo booths to the expo lobby, like you can in the conference lobby?
Hi all, I'm trying to set up the agenda in Zoom events for a conference. When adding an agenda manually, the save button does not turn blue and I can only cancel my entries. Do you know how to fix this or what I did wrong?
Help. First Zoom Event and the registration isn't functioning (folks can see the button) but when they click it, it reads "invite only." What am I missing?
Hello! I am hosting a hybrid (in-person and virtual) event and so I am having attendees purchase tickets through our own registration platform. For those that select that they will be attending virtually, we will need to share the Zoom events link for them to join. What is the best way to get them registered on the backend of the Zoom Event now that we have their information from our registration platform?
PLEASE HELP! I have been collecting registrations via my website and need to get my registrants links to join the event. I will do whatever I need to - Is there a way to upload a CSV or manually add Zoom Event registrants?
Is there a reason I cant see the recording I saved to the Cloud last week? How do we retrieve the recording?
I am teaching as a guest lecturer at another institution and was prompted to switch my account. Foolishly I didn't read the fine print and all my video content (about 20 one-hour long videos) were transferred to the new account. Neither institution can now access the videos. I don't want to have to redo then all and they must be in the cloud somewhere. Can anyone help me recover them?
We will be running a conference using Zoom Events and a number of attendees will be accessing via mobile or tablet. I can access the Lobby easily from desktop but cannot get to the lobby on other devices, it shows a "The event has not started" message. This page https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4421725743373-Getting-started-with-Zoom-Events-conference-lobby seems to suggest that the lobby CAN be accessed prior to the event on mobile devices running the latest client (which I am). Is there a way to do this or have I misinterpreted?
I am creating an event for my organization that needs to offer a free ticket to only specific people (it's complicated because of requirements of their employer). Is there a way to easily this? I know there isn't a promo code option yet and that I could create a free ticket, but is there a way to limit who can select that option beyond just saying it is for a specific organization?

Is there an option for adjusting the resolution on cloud recording with a Zoom Event? At the moment our recordings are 640p, we have HD enabled within our Zoom account?

I have a university owned account.Sometimes I join a zoom meeting but does not recognize my account info (picture, name, pronouns). It is as if I have tow accounts but connected to the same email address. How do I make sure that when I join a meeting it is connected to the one account?

Hi I am hosting an event via zoom and have set it up on Event Bright with tickets, can anyone tell me how this works, will they be sent the ID and password on the day, because , I am getting feed back saying its not on the tickets, so starting to panic now.
I am hosting my first virtual conference next week. There are simultaneous sessions going on throughout the 2-day conference. We will have small group networking. I want these small group networking sessions to be named breakout rooms so participants can select which room to go to. I am lost as to setting up these breakout rooms in advance. Additionally, how do I go about letting participants select which session they will attend (i.e. at 10 am there is a Cyber Security and Financial Fundamentals happening)?
Hello, I am looking for information on the difference between the sponsors tab and the resource booth tab. I understand the different tier levels of sponsors, but what are the different features and functions within each tab during the event?
I have a new windows 11 Dell 27" all in one touch screen. I do software demonstrations over zoom. When I use my touch to active a button on the screen, I would like it to show with a burst or black dot for my attendees. Can Anyone tell me how to do this?Thank you
How do I control which session is streaming to the lobby when there are multiple sessions happening at once?
Is there any way I can go back into Zoom and find the results of a poll after I had to relaunch it? It tells me that scores will be wiped but are they recorded anywhere???
