We have a conference coming up and wanted to explore whether Zoom Events would be a viable option for a hybrid event. Is there a trial version or an example of a hybrid event that i can access?

Dear Community,we use a registration platform through which our participants register and pay. We would now like to use Zoom Event. Can we import a list of the participants who have already registered via our platform or send them a free Zoom Event ticket directly? Can latecomers also be added later? How can we generate these Zoom Event tickets and what do they look like? Or do the participants have to register again at Zoom Event with all their data in order to receive a free ticket?Thank you.Daniela

Hi there, I understand no multiple tickets can be issued to attendee who registered with one email address.Is it possible for multiple devices login then?

Hi. I want to run 4 x simultaneous music performances at one time and have the end user able to switch between performances as they require. Can this able to be done on Zoom events and how? We plan to run 4 different zoom sessions at once Full HD with high quality stereo sound and want one central place that the users can switch between the concerts. Thanks Richard

Hi everyone, We are holding a free conference and some parts are going to be recorded. Does anyone have a idea what  size  of storage we would need for 3 1/2  hours please.   And we’re does the recording get saved on your computer please. 

I am curious if anyone is using Zoom for interviews. We are moving from a lot of Podcasts on MP3 to Youtube which is more visual, lets call it all MP4. Anybody else doing this? Are their Zoom Resources?  Most are famous Texas people and I want this to look professional Paul

Is there any difference if I were to use the zoom livestream direct to youtube vs going via OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) to youtube? what are the advantages and disadvantages? eg. is there more delay in Zoom direct vs OBS ?

I have a recurring event set up that automatically shares the link of (and redirects participants to) a third-party survey. Sometimes, I pass the hosting role to someone else (and leave the meeting). Does the survey still get sent in this case? It's tied to the event but the event is tied to me as the host. Thanks!

Hello, Panellist Links are not being received. The email addresses are correct, the button to automatically send is clicked, resend button has worked either. Does anyone know the reason why or have a solution? Thank You!

I have 5 workshops (sessions) that would be concurrent in Zoom Events Conference. But is it possible to limit the workshops available to each attendee?  Thank you. 

Is there any way to retrieve a zoom recording if we were NOT logged into an account? Event ended last night and recording did not populate once it ended.

Dear community,we are using a registration plattform, where speakers can upload there abstracts, title and co-authors. There they are buying their tickets also. After uploading the abstracts we create the programme in a conference planner. Every change the authors add to their account later, will be updated in the programme automatically. Can I import this final programme to my zoom event or do I have to add all the talks manually?Thank you.best regardsDaniela

Has anyone else experienced an issue with publishing a Zoom Events conference with a coinciding expo? Everything will be greenlit to proceed with publishing (no conflicts, all dates are correct, all information saved, etc.), indicate that the conference is actively being published, and then (with no notification) simply stop publishing and keep the conference in drafts.  We have a big conference slated for mid-April and need to get this figured out immediately so that we can support booth representatives, attendees, etc. in advance. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,I must give a Keynote presentation via Zoom this week.Everything I'd read indicated that I would be able to share-screen only slides — but I would also see Keynote presenter notes.There is apparently an "advanced" choice for "share partial screen."But I don't have it.  Attached is all I have.This is a "pro" account.Mac OS 10.14.2.Zoom 5.8Keynote 9.1Help!!!Thank you.Gina

bonjour, je souhaite organiser un webinaire en Français pour des francophone mais avec une traduction audio en anglais pour des anglophone , je sais que l'interprétariat est possible ( à l'ecrit ) mais j'ai lu qu'on pouvait avoir des canaux de diffusion différent avec zoom en fonction de la langue en audio sauf que je ne trouve pas le chemin à suivre sur zoom  pour avoir des liens webinair distinct en fonction de la langue ! Si quelqu'un peut m'aider merci
