I've had several attendees that have been having trouble joining Events lobbies. When they click on the Join Lobby button on their tickets or on the Zoom Events site, it just takes them back to that same screen instead of either prompting them to sign in to their account or taking them into the lobby. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am hosting an event and need to change the time from an hour to 30 minutes however whenever I attempt to edit the event the date and time space is grey and doesn't allow me to change it. Is there a way to fix this? I do not want to have to cancel the event and create a new one as we will lose our current registrants.
In the shakuhachi (bamboo flute) community, we would like to host an event where Zoom is open for the whole duration of 8th October, so people can join and play when they want. The 8th October apparently takes 47 hours from it begins in the first time zone till it ends in the last time zone. Is it possible to keep Zoom open so long time?
The following warning message started displaying in the organiser area after adding a speaker, however we only have 300 registrants. "Meeting type session has a maximum capacity of 500 participants. Not all attendees will be able to join the meeting sessions. To allow attendees (who join after the session reaches capacity) to watch the session live from the event lobby, enable "Livestreaming to conference lobby" in "Advanced Options".
While some people have been able to register for my event, several have reached out saying they are not able to get past the page where you try to pay. Has anyone else had this issue?
A registered attendee has reported an issue with not being able to see any content in the event lobby (screenshot attached). The user has updated to the current version of zoom and is running Windows 10. As anyone encountered this and have a solution?
Help! We have an event running for the next two days and the cloud recording option has stopped. Hosts and Speakers can now only record locally. We recorded the morning sessions wi but the option has now vanished. This is not a storage issue, as I purchased additional cloud storage (500GB) and th three recording were less than 3GB in total. Anyone encounter something similar?

Any assistance to check if Zoom can work on a bus tour, visiting my Mother's area she grew up in, other family can't physically make it but can be part of the tour/chat.Need to understand if its possible what would my shopping list be/things to set in place.If it won't work why ? and then what would you recommend and why ?Live streaming won't work as I understand it because dialogue is one-way.With thanks, best wishes, ZoomerBus.
Hey people, I am working on an Ipad and have problems with my camera.When I share the screen - whiteboard, everything works fine.But when I share the screen and open another file to present my team, my camera switches off as soon as I leave zoom and go to my home screen to open up a file. Do you know how this can be solved, that I am still visible while sharing other files/ good notes etc?
A volume booster is the obvious solution but none seem to have any instructions and only seem to work with Zoom via imposing the meeting on the volume booster page which then seems to drop off after a while. Trial and error has been extensive and the current conclusion is that the idiot proofing on phones makes them unusable for listening in other than fairly quiet environs - maybe high range active noise cancelling headphones are the only likely remedy. If I were running a Zoom competitor then integrating volume leveling/enhancing would be at the top of the differentiation list.
My system does not allow virtual backdrops, how I can use a backdrop; do I need to purchase a green screen?
Hello, we created a two-day conference with different sessions in Zoom Events, and when people register they get a calendar invite ONLY for the first day. Does anyone know why they don't get two calendar invites or how to correct this? Thanks,Cindy
Hello, I am about to buy Zoom Events (annual license) for € 828, but when I get to the payment confirmation it says that it will be renewed on the 15th of June and not in one year... Have you notice any problem with language in reminder emails?I changed it from English to Polish, and we recieved email in Vietnamese!When I come back to English, everything was fine again.
Can the Event Profile page, or its template, be edited so that the tabs (and related content) for Sessions, Speakers, and Sponsors does not show? I would like to remove that material from the landing page temporarily, while some items are still being edited.
None of the limited offering of the cancellation options works for me but I don't see how to customize?
Is there a way to code apostrophes in csv uploads? One of our tracks uses "women's". I don't find any documentation on adding some code or a way to update the track names manually. Thanks for any help/suggestions.
I've got a recurring event in OnZOOM. My participants are advising me that they're only getting a reminder for the first meeting after they register, but they don't get one 24-hours before the rest of the series. Is just the one reminder 24-hours before the first class only, the way OnZOOM event reminders supposed to function or is there a problem with OnZOOM where the participants should be getting one before every class but it's not going out like its supposed to?
I've created a disclaimer for my OnZOOM classes, but I had to create it in the ZOOM admin settings. The disclaimer is showing up for all my meetings, not just OnZOOM. Is there a way to include a disclaimer specific to OnZOOM only? Or do I need to create a 2nd admin account just for my OnZOOM paid classes? Is that a possibility?
When speakers or attendees try to launch the in progress zoom event, the blue "Launch Zoom" button is not working. When the "Launch Zoom" button is clicked, a blank white screen pops up. The only way to join the event is by clicking "Skip and Join In-Progress Session" in small letters under the button. Is this a fault in one of our settings?
Hi! I've tried to upload a waiting room logo 60x60 up to 400x400, as either .jpg or .png, about 36KB in size. It uploads the image but ultimately doesn't save it, instead giving an error message, "Invalid parameters." Any thoughts? Ty!
Greetings~ Would someone be kind enough to assist me in navigating the OnZoom registration? I am a new Host attempting to sign up for an OnZoom offering, but am unable to register for the event once I sign in. The registration button is only "gree" if I'm not signed in, once signed in the "green" registration opton disappears. Please advise. Thank you!
when event offers a transcript download - where does it go - I cant find it anywhere - does it go to my computer , to my zoom account -where?
we've been sending out a registration link with little problem, but a few users have been put into a waiting room instead of the registration page. we've tested the link both before and after a sample user has registered and we can't duplicate the error. but, it has happened to at least 3 people in one day, so far. any clues? thanks!
