We have set up a multi-session event. We are trying to figure out how to skip the sign-in part on the Zoom desk app with the link. We wish that participants enter only their name and email address or they could even sign-in anonymously.Even with the link and not using the tickets, attendees have to sign-in with a password on the Zoom desk app which complicates things, and we are afraid to lose attendance or having to deal too much with delays and IT assistance the day of the event. Is there a way to skip the sign in with the desktop app?Thanks,Sarah  

In Zoom Events, what does the agenda look like? Is there one? I need to create multiple sessions for workshops, some sessions are concurrent (breakout rooms), move them around, etc. and I'd love to know what that looks like to the end user? Basically, I want to be able to show the conference agenda.Can anyone show me a screen grab of what ZoomEvents produces?Thanks

Hi. Is it possible to organise 3 parallel conferences from one account. Each of them should have own speakers, delegates, simulation translation.Or it's easier to purchase a subscription for three separate accounts.

I'm trying to help some coworkers register for a company wide event on Zoom Events platform. While some are having no problems at all, others, cannot join the lobby after they click register to view and bookmark sessions. They are prompted to re-sign in after clicking Join Lobby and when they do so, it takes them to their zoom meetings page. Please help. 

I AM HOSTING A MEETING AND THEN AS I HIT SHARE SCREEN I GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE "You are restricted from screen sharing in this meeting"  Like that wasn't humiliating/embarrassing!!!  Why? and how do I fix it!!??

Has anyone seen a way to have the booth names display in the expo?   When you're configuring the expo it makes it seem like these would be displayed, but when I go to the live expo floor only the image is displayed.

Scenario:Host does all the speaking.Co-host performs all the technical operations for the host such as:open, share, maximize, and close documents on host PCnavigate opened documents on host PCThe above is the goal.   I guess you could call the above scenario Remote Control. Is this possible with Zoom?

Recordings are made at 24fps (US standard) but the standard in Australia is 25fps. Is there any way to change it or will @51 add it as a feature in the future?  Thanks

I've set up a Zoom event for a meeting that is intended to span the globe in 24 hours. Currently I have to divide a session that happens across the midnight time block in the original time zone. Is there a way to smooth this out?

My administrator turned on the option "Allow users to manage saved polls and quizzes from "meetings" but I still don't see this option in my account when I check in In Meeting (Basic) - Polls/Quizzes. I only have 2 options, this 3rd option is missing. Do we know why?

How do I add a participant to a private event series that has already begun but the registration is still open?

Using the language channels, when I do consecutive translation : Sentence by sentence : There is a presenter in the main room and one translator X who does sentence by sentence translation (cosecutive). also in the main room. P is heard in the language channels with less volume. X should not be heared in the language channels as while X translates in the main room, the others should do the translation in the translation channels. How can I put that up so that X is not heared in the language channels?

Hi, cant seem to find much information about this but today i was on a zoom conference that was hijacked.do i need to do anything to secure my PC laptop ?Any help much appreciated  

I'm devastated!! I paused the recording at my mother's memorial service while we were setting up and sound checking and when I clicked on the triangle/play button to restart the recording, it must not have taken. My father was admitted to the hospital the night before the service and they would not release him to attend, he was in too bad of shape so I was recording for HIM so he could watch when he got his health back and had his whits about him. I've read that if you forget to start a recording, Zoom cannot help retrieve the zoom meeting, but I did start the recording and it was a paused recording for the entire service, so I am wondering if that would be backed up anywhere.  I TOTALLY clicked the triangle next to the "recording paused" bar in the top left, but the recording is no where to be found and I recall seeing the red bar when I was looking from the front row of the church up to the laptop recording, which I since learned indicates it was actually paused and not recordin

Hi guys, I pretty much do 1-to-1 conferences . I usually share a PowerPoint presentation but I would like to keep watching the partecipant while presenting. Isnt there a way to keep on a low corner the zoom video of the partecipant? That would enhance the experience. Thanks!

From what I've read about recordings, sessions in a Conference can be recorded and made available to participants. And the recordings stay available until deleted. All good. What is the storage capacity for the recordings? If it's the standard 1GB for a pro account, it'll be eaten up after the first couple of sessions.

Hi there, As a free account user, I want to learn if there are any restrictions or a limit on recording a group meeting? I am planning a day long workshop with a few sections and I would like to record them all. But, I am not sure if there is any time limit linked to a free account. I understand that all my recordings can be saved locally. Would this be correct? Any advise would be great. Anna

My understanding is hosts can block access to recordings being downloaded by viewers.  When I access Settings for recordings I don't see the option to prevent downloads.  Does anyone know the reason why it is not available in my settings area?  thanks.

Hello! We are hosting a multi-day conference and have sold approximately 90 paid registrations. Before publishing the event, I carefully reviewed all of the settings in the Zoom Support documentation that we would be unable to change after publication or ticket sales. Now that we have solidified all of our keynotes and have their permission to record, I am attempting to turn on cloud recordings so I can automatically record sessions and include them with the conference access, but the option is grayed out and there is a pop-up message that says this setting cannot be changed after a ticket is sold.  This Support page says the following:  Hosts can update cloud recordings and live streaming settings after a ticket has sold, after an event goes live, and during an event. Additionally, hosts can enable live streaming and recording settings after a ticket has been sold for published events that have not taken place yet. Additionally, there is a list of fe
