Hi all,  I am running my registration report, after my meeting, and it is not letting me see the participant information, even though they all registered for the meeting.  I am assuming this is because we are HIPAA compliant zoom but wondering if any way to turn on to see participants (they are not patient/clients)?  Thanks! 

Hi, when I am sending Zoom invitations for meetings via my business account, the recipients get the invitation with my private email address. But I have never put my private email address in my business Zoom account. When I change it manually, the recipients do not get the invitation. I am loss. Can anyone help? 

Hi Zoom Community,I am setting up training sessions using zoom conference. I would like recordings to be available only to people who registered for that particular session for 7 days. I have used tracks to align with sessions and tickets.can this be done or does everyone see all recordings?can I see in reports who viewed to the recording and for how long?while I want complimentary access to recordings to drop for registrants after 7 days I don’t want them to delete from my account in  case I need to reference them going forward do I set end dates on the sessions or does conference automatically know when the session is completed so it will send recording email out to attendees NOTE; conference sessions go over many months Additionally,I have a business account. How do I get a real person to engage with me for approx 15-30mins our sales guy has gone radio silent.thanks in advance,Deborah

Hi everyone,  We're holding a Zoom conference in September on Zoom events.  We're offering both a paid for ticket option and a free ticket for our stakeholders.  I've created the free ticket and set it to only be available for people we invite.  I've added a couple of people to the guest list for the free ticket and that's been fine, but now I keep getting a red "Server error" alert come up at the top of the screen when I try to add anyone new and then the invites aren't sent, the guest list just reverts back to the original two guests I'd added.  Any ideas as to why this is happening?  Would really appreciate some guidance!

Hi everyone, I'm batch uploading sessions to ZE using the CSV template. The interface will give you a message when fields are left blank (e.g. "'Track' left blank line 30" or "Duplicate user" if you leave speaker email address blank) but there are other times when it only gives you "Validation failed. Validation failed."I've been going nuts importing line by line and still can't figure out what is causing the issue. I checked and none of my descriptions go over the 5000 char max.Moreover, I'm not sure at this rate that it's any faster than manually entering each session and that fills me with despair since it took a super long time to populate the CSV. Does anyone have a clue what could be happening?Thanks!

When delegates click on the emailed link, they are taken to Zoom. They log in to Zoom and then arrive at a home page that instead of showing a Register button are shown a greyed-out Invite Only button? My settings are set to those with the event link can register. So why cannot people register?

One of my colleagues began recording a zoom meeting last night (July 10, 2022) but failed to stop the recording before signing off. As a result the recording is listed as "Processing Recording..." What steps are available to stop the recording? I need to download and archive it elsewhere. Thanks,david

I can't seem to figure out the paid tickets option for zoom events. See attached screenshot for reference. I have already harmonized and integrated my pay pal account to zoom, But I still could not set-up the paid ticket option.Please advise.Thank you very much

Today during my practice session, I was the host and rehearsing with two panelists. I was shared my PowerPoint, then clicked on "Slide Control" to pass along control to one of the two panelists. To my surprise, when I clicked on Slide Control, only one panelist name appeared. Why weren't all panelists listed?

We would like to embed a live link to our e-newsletter signup form on our website in the "Answer to a Custom Question" line.  Is that possible and how?

I have two Zoom accounts - one (unpaid) associated with my work email address, another (paid) that I use for personal and volunteer work. I installed the Add-On for Google Calendar, and tried to set up a work meeting.  The add-on insists on using my personal Zoom account as the meeting host.  I MUST set up work meeting with my WORK email address.  What must I do to fix this?  I can't find any information on how to reconfigure the add-on, or *completely* remove it and reinstall.

I have set a source tracking link for our vendor. But on the registration report, no source is shown for people who signed up via this link (including employees of the vendor). The source is simply blank. I wonder what might have gone wrong?

Hi....I created a zoom meeting whilst I had a basic account.  I have since upgraded to a PRO account.  Will the PRO meeting length (30 hours) apply to my meeting, or will I have to create a new meeting? Thanks for your help!

My Zoom meeting on my Macbook Pro doesn't allow the participants to hear me nor me to hear them.In System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Camera (and Microphone) Zoom is given access to camera and microphone. And when testing my audio on Zoom, both my mic and speakers work correctly. But while in meeting it's dead silence for me and my participant... What should I do? Thanks!

Is anyone else having trouble getting the Zoom Expo feature to work properly?...I can send out an invite to a booth owner, but the booth owner isn't able to edit their booth early or conduct meetings etc...I have a ticket placed, but that was several days ago and I'm not holding my breath...

Hello I once had an account in the name of Bhajanajj I have since deleted that account and started a new one in the name of Hannah with a comletely different email addresshowever although in my account my name is set to Hannah, when I log into that account it says on the screen that my name is bhajana bhajana also shows up in the notifications my clients get from me saying Bhajana has opened a room Thai doesn't make sense to me since the new account has never had the. name bhajana attached to it!!! with my best wishes  Hannah how do I get this t change permanently to Hannah please?

Whenever I have to edit a recorded video and re-render, my file sizes are often 10x larger than the original mp4 file produced by zoom.Anyone have any idea how to get the same quality in that same footprint?I'm using CyberLink\PowerDirector\16.0Perhaps that's the problem?H264 1920x1080 30 fps (16 Mbps)I get a 3.5 GB file, as compared to the original zoom mp4 file size of ~300 KB

Does the post-event survey from zoom pull in full name and their email?

Hi Everyone, There's so many options to look at and it's confusing me.   Looking at Zoom settings is like looking at a Cheesecake Factory menu. I'm just looking to learn how to insert a video of myself into my presentation like THIS guy did (see attached image).  Do I need a green screen and an adjustment of some zoom setting for that to happen?  I think it looks great and far more interactive than just having a little black box of myself talking on the right side of the screen. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks-! Mike

Hi.  Thanks for taking my question.  Can I use a movable webcam (no audio) attached to the host computer that is showing the speaker during their slideshow presentation and then use the speaker's computer slideshow and microphone during a share?  Both computers are in the same room and I can not attach the webcam to their computer.   Will the webcam image be out of sync with the audio for remote attendees? Thanks for you help. Peter

I see that only 1 OnZOOM question was answered in April as of 4/21/2022. 4 questions were answered in all of March. None in February. 6 in January. That's 11 OnZOOM questions answered in all of 2022 as of 4/21.   Conversely, in Unanswered OnZOOM questions, there are 13 that were submitted in April, 16 unanswered that were submitted in March,  and 19 in February.  That's 48 unanswered OnZOOM questions in 2022 as of 4/21. None of the 48 have any comments attached to the question.    If this is a "host forum" where we're answering other host's questions, how do we get the answers so we can facilitate self-sufficiency? I've only been able to get one question answered through your OnZOOM support chat service and I have no idea where to email for OnZOOM technical support. I've gone through the documentation on line and it's lacking a lot of info. Like customer reminders only go out 24-hours before the "first" event in recurring events. Not 24-hours before every event
