お世話になります。ビジネスアカウントで利用していますが、イベント終了後に無料版に戻す予定です。クラウドに録画している動画については、契約を終了したら、即アクセスできなくなるのでしょうか。イベント終了後にデータをダウンロードする予定ですが、もし、ダウンロードが間に合わなかったらどうなるか心配です。ご教示いただければ幸いです。

Oi, Quando tentei recuperar minha gravação local da lista de gravações na minha página inicial de login, recebi um prompt de link inválido. Erro 124: Que devo entrar com a mesma conta de zoom na web. Eu já estava conectado e não sei qual é o problema. Alguém pode ajudar? Já olhei na pasta do computador mas a gravação não está lá. Por favor preciso de ajuda para recuperar essa gravação.

A few days ago I was asked to update zoom, provided through my university. After I did that, I found that if I set up a meeting only users with paid for zoom could access the meeting, e.g. excluding students using zoom in their lodgings. Eventually I discovered that there is an obscure option to over-ride this restriction, i.e. allowing ANY invited zoom user to connect to my zoom process. The requirement to do that is intolerable. The DEFAULT should be that anyone can be invited to join a zoom meeting as before, but organisers who wish to restrict access to commercial users should be allowed to do that when they set up a meeting. If this default is not reversed I think many researchers who organise zoom-based conferences joined by users all over the planet will start switching to a different conference provider, which would be very sad, since I have not met one that works as well as zoom. Hi everyone!I'm running recurring meetings every week on Zoom. The problem is, that I need to collect emails, but I don't want to annoy people by fulfilling the registration every meetup especially if they've been attending the meetings previously. The simplest approach would be to keep the Zoom registration that collects the emails, but I need to make sure that the attendees don’t have to fill out that registration form too often.What do you guys think would be the best solution in this case? Thanks in advance!Agata

Does the quality of 'zoom events' depend on the type of subscription the host has? For example, businesses are like FHDs and pros are like HDs.

Dear Community, i would like to upload a session/speaker csv for my zoom event. ist there a possibility to add more speaker information other than just  Speaker Full Name, Speaker Email, Speaker Company Name. I need to upload Speakers Biography, Title and Social Presence too.any help is greatly apreciated.

I have two OnZOOM comments in the manage registrations tab and I have a few questions about them 1) They were both 5-stars and I see that info on my public facing profile page, but are the actual comments visible to visitors as well, or just the number of reviews and average stars? 2) One of the reviews is something a troll left. They gave me 5-stars, so that was nice, but the comment needs to be deleted. How do I delete comments?  3) Where do the attendees get a message to leave comments? 

Is it possible to have 3 images on a zoom conference, the top image would be the presenting team, then two additional images, each with a group of people of about 20 waiting to speak, would be below, forming a triangle of images at the same time on the same scree?  Are there visual examples of such a set up? I want to create a link for a closed event of about 50 persons in which live intepretations will be done (we have already found the translators). The event will be mainly about presentations and questions. Which plan should I purchase?

I cannot manage to make 1:1 chat work in the lobby of zoom events. Is there any trick that I might be missing? It is enabled in the "control" tab of the event editor, and the account has 1:1 chats enabled everywhere, including for meetings and so. However, the 1:1 chat simply does not work. Help please!

When I link to a Zoom event I can see and hear others but they can't hear me.  When I try to test the microphone nothing happens!! 

Dear all, We have a major event coming soon, and participants are facing a problem that I cannot resolve easily. Their institutions have an institutional account with zoom. Inside that account, zoom uses some more "private" email addresses of the institutions as the key email of the account. E.g. John Smith can login with john.smith at example dot com on zoom (and also zoom events), but the actual email associate to that account within zoom is j.s.1234 at example dot com (because for example j.s.1234 is the internal login data of John Smith in their institution). The issue: John Smith has been invited to join the zoom event using john.smith at example dot com because that is their "public" email address. When John Smith tries to enter the event, they get denied because zoom event platform checks against the internal "true" email of the zoom account (which is unfortunately j.s.1234 at example dot com). I think this is a "bug", since zoom should check against all emails as

 I created a webhook app and receiving meeting alerts as per https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/events/#/paths/meeting.alert/post . There is a field in event received "account_id". Its description in zoom support page says "The account ID of the user who created the meeting."I wanted to verify this account id coming, so as i created this meeting, i checked in my profile page, account number present there is different from what i am receiving in events.Could you help me on where can i see account id received in events in my account ?

I am attempting to watch a recorded pd session. I registered fine. When it took me to the actual session it just gives me a white screen with the title of the session at the top. I've tried different browsers and incognito mode. 

On the meeting registration page it's saying this after people enter their first/last name emailThis meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email.
