I don't see where you can download the participants in my Zoom sessions.  Is there a way to do it and what's the path because everything I have tried has come up blank.

Hi! I'm planning a multi-day, multi-track hybrid event, relying on Zoom Events as a platform.   I'll need to sell tickets on my website (mostly to comply with local regulations to issue VAT invoices).   Q:  How do I control access to my Zoom Event to those who have purchased a ticket through my website?     I assume I can send out an automated email to purchasers with a link to the Zoom Event.  So far so good, but how do I make sure non-eligible people don't join?   I sthere a way to add a list of eligible emails that are allowed to access the event?  (And if so, can such a list be dynamically updated by emails of people who purchase access during the event?) Thank you,Csaba (BPconf.com)

In our original setup, we had granted certain individuals the Dashboard in order to be able to see all upcoming lessons and be able to enter anonymously (in order to evaluate the instructor, or pop in to the meeting if a student was being troublesome). This is a franchise setting - however, we had no groups set up and with the Dashboard admins could see all the meetings in the managed account, not just ones belonging to their franchise. If I organize the franchises into groups in the system, and then determine who in each franchise would be the admin over that group and then grant them the Dashboard, will it/can it limit their dashboard view to just their group? 

I am working on a draft for a conference in Zoom events. How do I create/edit tracks for the sessions I am entering?

Hi all I am so confused. Is it possible to up load a powerpoint presentation and record audio and video in zoom or do i need a third party platform? Many thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I am very new to Zoom Event and planning a two-day summit in October, very exciting ! I would like for the public to purchase their ticket on my website (Wordpress and WooCommerce).This would automatically put them into a mailing list in Active Campaign.Then, I would  email them the information to log into the Event on the day it starts. Which setting should I use?I'm thinking : Event should be FREE (so I do use the payments inside Zoom Events) Access should be restrictedBut what does "I will send my  own email invitation" mean exactly ? Should I use that option as well ? Also, once the people have been emailed their link (they get the email because they bought a product / ticket on my website, not via Zoom), what if they  forward the link to a friend ? Can their frieng get into the Event as well ? Thank you for your help, Aline 

After updating my Zoom to Windos Version: 5.11.1 (6602) and using the English-Spanish intepretation channel to speak (to interpret in a meeting), my sound volume drops gradually to the point of even being almost muted. My interpreter colleagues were all OK, it only happened in my channel. I am using a Sennheiser SC165-Jack3,5  headset. It had never happened to me before and I was thinking if it could be due to the software updating, Could anyone help me to fix this?

I will be running an event with 250 participants, this will be split into 4 separate sessions as time slotse.g 10:00-10:30 I will need room a) &room b) to run at the same time, 10:30 - 11:00 rooms a) &b) and for attendees to be able to choose which session they would like to attend. How many attendees can i have in the main meeting and how many will be allowed per breakout room?@breakoutroom @similtaneousevent @numbers

I downloaded a cloud recording of a Q&A I did.  Audio of two of the questioners was silent on the recording but I could hear them on the call.   Can this be fixed.? Should I be afraid to use zoom for events where I need to record?  I've not had problems before.  I was in focus mode.

The email has gone out.  The registration button is there.  But I don't know how to add the payment button. @ payment button to the published registration form. 

Does Zoom events send out reminder messages when an invited attendee has not completed their registration? If so, what is the reminder schedule? 

I'm looking for a report that will allow me to pull a list of attendees who have not yet completed their registration as requested in their invitation email.  I can see Registration Status but it doesn't seem to change from Invited. I can click on the attendee's profile to see if the person registered but I need a way to do that systematically for all invitations and not by clicking on each one. Is this function available? 

I can see the list of the attendees who have registered, but not the panelists. Yes, I can see the list of panelists I've invited, but I'm concerned some might be slow, confused, or slightly daft in getting themselves registered and won't do it right or at all. Options? Also, are the email invitations to register different for the panelists and the attendees? I have a large number of panelists and want them to attend other sessions as attendees if they're interested, but how do I guide them in knowing which registration link is which or which registration email is which? Hi,We are using zoom to host a virtual conference.  Over the lunch period we want to keep the main room open for general chat while having a couple of breakout rooms people can join as they wish to video and discuss specific things.  Each room will have a looping video playing.Can i administer this all from one account or will i have to have multiple devices setup to log into each breakout room to stream the video via screen sharing.  Im on a gigabit network so the streaming of a few videos wont be an issue, but cant seem to see a way without creating multiple accounts. Many thanks

Hi! From the forums, it was shared that we can have as many concurrent sessions as needed. However, is there a maximum number of attendee/participant in each concurrent session? Will it depend in our Zoom Event participant count?

Hello! Every time I try to edit or send a email to attendees and participants, I get "something went wrong. please refresh this page".  It happens only on my desktop computer. I'm running Windows 10. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks, Sean
