I'm trying to find out how to set a default image when setting up a conference with multiple session. Although Zoom creates a 'default image' I apparently can't publish the event until I have set my own image (seems a bit daft). I will have hundreds of sessions in an upcoming event so I need to be able to set my own default image. Can anyone help?

In the June 16, 2025 Zoom Events Release Notes (as of this posting), there is the following entry:I can't find any other reference to this anywhere. Where can one configure this setting? I also looked for the similar Zoom Sessions functionality mentioned in that note, but can't see any place in Zoom Sessions where the Join button timing can be configured. If you find it, please let me know... maybe with a screen shot. Thanks!

The organization I work for purchased the Zoom Sessions (Pay Per Attendee) plan for up to 50 attendees. I misunderstood the plan and thought it would allow for 50 attendees per session, not per year. We have already used 45 attendees, so we will need to purchase more. When I go to 'Manage Plan' and 'Add More Attendees', you can select a plan for 50, 100, 600, etc. If we purchase one of these plans, is that 50/100/600 attendees in addition to the original 50 we had purchased? Thank you.
In Zoom Sessions, people can register for our virtual event by using either their Zoom login or an email address. In our case, most people will be using the email address option. Currently, the Zoom Sessions registration process sends the registrant an email with a code. However, this is very inconvenient for many of our registrants, some of whom are signing up on behalf of their coworkers or supervisors. Is there a way to disable this security hurdle so registrants can simply enter their email and proceed?
When we start meeting as a host then we get to see all the options like summary, recording etc. When we record the meeting, then post meeting completed we receive event called "recording.transcript_completed", as we have subscribed to it.Now when we do not record the meeting, then post meeting completed we do not receive webhook event “recording.transcript_completed”, at the same time if I login into zoom web portal using same credentials, we could see transcript generated. So is the behaviour correct that we will receive event "recording.transcript_completed" if and only if when the meeting has been recorded?
This is the error I get as administrator when I try to log into one of our accounts "Allow on other devices, your sign-in request was denied on another device" How can this be resolved
I am currently in a Zoom Conference and only have the option for Audio Settings in the lower left corner. I have no option to mute and have no idea if I am muted automatically. In standard Zoom meetings I have the option to Mute/Unmute. Can someone help?
Hi, I am new to OnZoom, my URL was approved, however, when anyone clicks on the link, they get an "Oops, not found in directory" error message. I have had no luck trying to get info from zoom, any suggestions?
Can I Earn Certifications By Completing Zoom Trainings?
I am trying to validate this URL "https://devcommunity.minimeal.com/api/zoom-webhook", but it gives an error like "URL validation failed. Try again later.".Earlier, I used an ngrok URL for my local system, which worked fine.
Hey Zoom fam!I’m experimenting with themed virtual events that mix casual conversations and niche interests — like food-inspired creative meetups. Has anyone here run or joined something like this before?I’d love to hear what worked (or didn’t), especially around formats and engagement. Also, I’ve put together a small community for testing these events — feel free to take a peek and let me know your thoughtsOpen to feedback and curious to learn from anyone doing similar things! Thanks in advance 🙏#ZoomEvents #CommunityBuilding #VirtualMeetups

We have been running events in the expo for a couple of years now, where exhibitors are using the live stream option to showcase to attendees that their expo booth is alive and ready to join. In the last few events, attendees who leave that expo booth, but then return at a later time do not see the livestream again - they only see the "space is active" logo. In contrast an attendee that sits in the booth will continue to see the livestream. Turning off the live stream and reactivating it will refresh for anyone in the booth, but again the same problem will arise if an attendee leaves and then rejoins the booth it will just show the "space is active" logo. This was not a problem prior to a month ago, so trying to understand if a setting has changed with a release?
Hi I am wanting to customise the banner which appears behind the speakers photo, name and role in the Speakers page in Zoom Events. Currently its a pale blue with a mid blue curved stripe, which really doesn't suit my branding. Is it possible to customise the banner? Thanks
After attending a regular meeting and clicking the "Leave Meeting" red button in the main Zoom window, I noticed that the green webcam indicator on my computer remained on.I discovered that there was still an open pop-up window displaying only my own video in real time. This pop-up could only be switched off through a "Leave Meeting" button (in white), but there was no audio and no other participants visible, since I had already left the meeting from the main window. What could have caused that video pop-up to remain active after leaving the meeting? Was my video still being transmitted to other participants?
Hi Everyone, Here is some discussion on how to maintain eye contact in Zoom using a teleprompter (to see your audience). I am about ready to scream. During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates. The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens.”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….” Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter. The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen. ”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen” When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed. Again…can’t get rid of it more than a coupla minutes and everything appears to be enabled. Any ideas how to get these to stop?!

Hi everyone!I want to customize a "Registration has ended" message for audience members attempting to register for our event after the registration window has closed. Any suggestions? And does anyone know what the default message/display is?Thanks!
bonjour, comment faire pour réduire la taille du texte des étiquettes de nom lors des webinaires. et faire en sorte que l'étiquette ne s'affiche pas en permanence? merci
When sharing the screen, when launching a .ppt presentation, gray/black bands appear similar to rectangles that float on the screen and cannot be removed. What could be the cause?
This is a Zoom Events problem. Yesterday I tried to upload a file with 79 Sessions in it to the Event Content -> Sessions area. I immediately received the error: ! An error was encountered when processing your request Now whenever I go to the Sessions area I continue to get this error message along with a spinning cursor. I see no Sessions and there is not even a button to add Sessions manually. It's been over 8 hours. I've tried logging out and logging back into Zoom. I tried clearing browser cache. I tried a different browser. No help. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? I have a ticket open with Zoom but have had no response yet. I'm in dire straits as my event will start in less than a week and I have over 100 paid registrants.
I want to host a 4 day virtual event. There will only be 1 session at a time. I also want to create a lobby where participants can network. Even in different breakoutrooms with different topics. I want the attendees to only register once for the 4 days. I also want to create VIP tickets, these attendees get an extra session. Can I do this with sessions or do I need events? I believe I only need events when I have multible sessions at the same time over multible days/
