Hello, In early 2023 we will have a virtual conference, we plan to have around 1000 people join us worldwide. The conference will be over 2 days with 6-8 keynote speakers. The speakers will be in different locations around the world. We will also have an MC for the event who will be in their own separate location. I am looking for someone who can give me advice for using OBS with Zoom. It sounds as though the presentations would need to be pre-recorded and played from a single location using OBS. We are considering using Zoom events or another platform. It is important that our presenters are still able to be on live during their segment. We will want them to be able to answer questions from the audience at the end of their presentations. Any and all input/help is appreciated. We certainly are open to hiring someone who is experienced and proficient with OBS & Zoom.Thank you. Justin

Customer is experiencing garbled audio on some connections. The audio is coming from a USB audio source. ON an initial test with one person viewing on the far side the audio was perfect. during the next event there were several clients on the far side and the audio was garbled, unintelligible and not synced. I listened to the far side audio and found that it is clearly digitizing and the same sound is repeating rapidfire on top of the original sound. I am looking for a probable cause before spending a ton of my customer's money troubleshooting this issue. So I am wondering if there is a network issue involved. The near-side computer is directly connected at 1Gb to the main switch in the building. I know the audio is clean going to the computer as the initial Zoom test on completion of the install went perfectly with the words clear and in sync. We recently enabled Eventbrite to link up with Zoom for an event. I wish we had not as we found that 1. Eventbrite generated a different Zoom weblink for the event to those registering from the Zoom event weblink that the presenters had shared to run a rehearsal. Fortunately we spotted this BUT 2.Despite ticking the record box in the original Zoom when we ran the event itself it was not recorded. We can only presume that was because the Eventbrite Zoom set up did not transfer the recording instruction 3.It was not possible to alter the Zoom event in Eventbrite in order for the presenters to meet ahead of the event privately i.e it looks like by linking our Zoom account with the Eventbrite account the Eventbrite dictates the time parameters of the event. We are on the verge of uncoupling the accounts and reverting to manual management i.e doing the promo/ticketing on Eventbrite and but setting up the Zoom meeting and then sending the Zoom webl

Is OnZoom considered a Subscription? Like an add-on to Zoom Pro and is there a charge to add OnZoom to your (paid) Pro subscription? I have searched the site and can't seem to find if this is a no-cost tool allowed to be used in addition to my paid subscription.

I'm confused how to be on Zoom and Facebook Live, as I received audio feedback. Zoom is not clear - you have to have the Facebook browser open for this to work? And if so, the sound is on, and it's impossible to stream? One the livestream starts, can you log OUT of Facebook?
Can the Sony x70 memory card was set to film program. But, it looks like then the record to Zoom doesn’t then take place. The Zoom picture and audio is as it should be for viewers but the record Zoom does not put file on desktop. Any help from anyone. Also, if we use a dynamite mic to event and Rode mics for Zoom will we need mixer?
When I try to share advanced audio during my zoom meeting because I would like to share music a window pops up asking to install zoom audio but in order to do so I must put in my password, which I do its the exact same one I used to log into zoom but it keeps saying it is an error and will not let me advance and install zoom audio. Hi there, I am unable to use auto-transcript as it does not recognise my accent or speech pattern and just produces gobbledygook. I have therefore typed live closed captions as I have gone along. I have saved both the video and closed caption files. I then trimmed the video and edited the closed caption file so that they fit. I can replay the video and manually add the subtitle file and that is fine for me. I do however need to send the video out to others and require the subtitles to be embedded in the video they watch. I know that I can send the two files out to people but do not want the audience to have to manually add the subtitles themselves. There must be a way! I do hope someone here can show me. Many thanks.
For a number of months now I have experienced problems relating to Zoom Updates. When I open up Zoom I am told I need to update to 5.3.0* or higher to sign in. I select Update now* and the Update begins*. The Update is completed
我是主持人,在電腦分享畫面時,如果是分享桌面或是D槽資料夾等畫面,我的電腦及與會學員(也就是從我自己手機加入會議的)即我的手機上,可以看到這些畫面,但當我在電腦打開doc文字檔案或圖片或pdf檔或是line的畫面分享,我的電腦會議視訊中有這些畫面出面,但在手機上看到的主持人的畫面整個就變成灰黑色的,看不到由電腦中所分享的文字檔或圖片或pdf檔或是line的任何畫面,整個都是灰黑色。 操作這分享畫面時,我都是在錄影當中操作的。但應該在錄影中也不能有這些問題出現,因為將來若上課時,我會用到畫面分享,而我也會錄影全程上課內容,所以這個問題要決解,但不知如何解決,有人能提供資訊嗎?

My company just upgraded my Business license with the Zoom Event add-on.Does this mean that if I hold a regular meeting - not an Event - my participant capacity is 1000, or does the 1000-participant capacity come into play only if I schedule a Zoom Event?Thanks in advance!
We're intending to offer a global Zoom event for our community that is paid. I see a list of accepted countries, but am wondering if there is a way to still offer to those outside the Zoom list of regions. It appears that making it a FREE event would open it up to every country; do I understand correctly? If so, perhaps we could charge them separately and register them manually? Any guidance is valued.
Hi, is there any timeline or roadmap for a brazilian portuguese (or other cultures) internationalization for the zoom events public interface?
For a ZoomEvent, we have manually set up each speaker's bio, photo, social handles, etc and everything is showing up EXCEPT for their Company Website. We've tried inputting the website several different ways -- by https:// or by www. But nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this problem?
