PowerPont stürzt nach 55 Minuten mit einem Brummen bei einem eigenen Zoom-Webinaren als Referent ab - sonst läuft der Laptop stundenlang ohne Probleme. Auch sonst klappt eine Zoom-Anwendung recht zuverlässig gut. Musste schon drei Webinare vorzeitig beenden. Warum?

We have a conference with multiple workshops. We need to limit the number of people in each workshop to 40. How can we cap registration for specific events at the conference? Can we have them pre-register for workshops?

I have a new Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio with two usb-c ports. Neither one sees my ATEM video output on the normal USB-C cable... it should appear as a simple webcam. It DOES see an HDMI source (e.g. a camcorder) via a Camlink 4k via a USB-A > USB-C jumper cable. My Lenovo laptop works fine with either the ATEM USB-C video input or the Camlink 4k via its USB-A port OR its USB-C port, using the same jumper cable. Any thoughts would be hugely appreciated. I understand that two people can share their screen simultaneously in a Zoom Meeting. But my question is whether it's possible for 1 person to share the audio, while the second person shares their screen. The situation is that one person needs to be sharing the Spotify music at the start while learners are logging in, but we also need the second person who will actually be presenting to be able to have their slides showing - specifically the welcome slide also while people are joining. Is this possible? Thank you!

Hi, sent a email with a link for a previously recorded zoom call . When I attempt to open it I receive a message "because of its privacy setting this video cannot be played here" suggestions

When pulling an attendance report, the report is not showing the registrants emails. Does anyone know how to fix this?

We are using the Salesforce integration with Zoom.  When a user converts a lead (to an opportunity) the system is resending the invite for any Zoom event that was on the lead.  Why is this happening?  Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to prevent this? 

I have the following application and need to know what product would be best suited to this.  1. We have a group of respondents who will be hosted by a couple of hosts to discuss various subjects for market research purposes. 2: We need to be able to share the above session with another group as "Anonymous" observers (we do not want the respondents to see names or brand of the observers). These observers are from the manufacturers or suppliers of the product or service being researched. 3: These observers need to be able to chat between themselves and the session hosts so they can direct the session hosts on the direction of the discussion in the main session. 4: We need to be able to record the session for post session review with the client.  Which product / solution would do all of this?  Can we achieve this on the basic version setting up 2 separate rooms?

Hi. I have set up my Live Streaming to go to Youtube. I enter the Stream URL, Stream key & Live streaming page URL. It goes live on Youtube without issue but it always goes to a new URL. Any idea why it does that? Im copying and pasting the info from Youtube Studio so not sure why its going to a totally new URL. Any help would be appreciated.

For a video podcast where I and another person will be talking, how do you we get ourselves to take up the entire full screen? Right now each time we try to do it the two of us are side by side horizontally in our perspective small screens and there is a big black area above and below us.

I've had several payments received by Stripe for ticket sales to my event which opens this week but they don't show up in 'Orders' in the registration tab. Anyone else experiencing this? I have put a ticket in to support, just wondered if Zoomtopia was taxing their servers or something...

Hi  I am setting up a paying event on Zoom Events, when asking the cost of my tickets, I can only charge in $, is there a way to change the settings in Euros, also I cannot change the location of my company, it is blocked to the USA, Is there someone who can help me?Many thanksJulien

I broadcast video by zoom (it's not screen sharing), with videos showing at 30 fps normally. But when I use slow motion videos the fps always drops to 11, 15, hurting the video display. Why does it happen? And what can I do to solve, always leave it at 30 fps?

Registrants all have the same screen name when being admitted to a Zoom meeting,. They all show up withthe  name of one of the meeting registrants., who wasn't on this  run-through today for a 250-person meeting that will take place tomorrow. I'll spare you the details, but it's not as simple as telling everyone after they're admitted to change their screen names. Googling indicates this is a known problem, but I'm not easily finding the resolution.  I saw somewhere that instead of starting the meeting, I should instead open the meeting by joining it through my desktop app. I tested that and it didn't make a difference. I'll be happy to learn the solution. Thank you. 

If I have email confirmations turned off and decide to turn them on, will it send to folks who had previously signed up and did not receive one? Or will it only send it to new contacts going forward?  Thanks!

I've done a few events with the new custom name tag feature found in the 'change panelist appearance' feature . We noticed that the name tags do not show up in the audience view and it also doesn't show up recorded on cloud recordings. However, it DOES show up on local recordings. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Question: When running Zoom EVENTS – Do all attendees have to register/login to a Zoom or other account in order to attend/access the event?
