I am Dell tester, according to the tickets: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202952568-My-Video-Camera-Isn-t-Working there is a notification when we have zoom video call while SUT's camera on, but we cannot see the notification while the native camera is launched at the same, can see the notification if the camera is external came. OS version: 19042.2364, ZOOM version: 5.11.7185. Can you help please solve my question? Thanks a lot.

I've setup a zoom meeting registration.After the users have filled up their details and clicks the register button, nothing happens.

I have a participant who bought their event series in USA and is now in Canada for the summer. It is not allowing her to access the recording.  Is there a way to override this?

Hi- I’m trying to create an event on onzoom with public paid link, and a private free link for members. Is this possible? When I tried to create a test- both tickets are showing up & I don’t want my public users to have access to the free tickets. Thank you

I am new to Zoom Events. I've been able to set up my multi-session (conference) event with relative ease following the help documentation and finding answers within the Zoom Community (thank you!). Here's the use case with two questions: 1. I've created a conference event with 6 consecutive sessions.2. There is one free ticket option.3. I want registrants to be able to select each session they would like to attend within the same ticket (whether it's all sessions or 4 out of the 6, etc.).  The reason for this is that we would like to know how many individuals have registered for each session prior to the session starting.  Is this possible?

How do you play background music while we wait to start the meeting

I have an upcoming OnZoom meeting that has garnered a lot of international attention. Is there a way to allow international attendees as opposed to U.S. only? Also, will the recording be accessible to people outside of the U.S? I guess what I am wondering is if I can charge them through another platform and simply send them the recording link after the meeting or if some firewall or something will keep them from being able to review the playback if they are outside of the United States? I appreciate any insight on this!

In the last couple of days, when I've been screen sharing google slides (and viewing them full screen), I can no longer see the chat. I'm the host, and the chat window is there when I am not full screen - but it won't 'pop' over the top of my full screen view when sharing. I've had to 'esc' out of full view, to see the chat. Anyone got a fix? Thanks.

Hello, I have a premium account and I have created a webinaire in Zoom for my organization. I would like that every time a participant register, it creates automatically an outlook invitation in its calendar. I know that Webex your competitors allows it but I don't find it on Zoom.  Thank you for your help, Justine 

Seeking a sample CSV file for Session uploads into events. The help page on this topic is not specific enough. I'd like to see an example sheet. Some of the problems I've working through:1. If your session start or end time is on a date outside the specified event start/end date then Zoom changes the session date to something acceptable. I found an error "invalid date" when trying to correct an out of bounds date. The CSV upload just powers through the data without throwing errors, so one should go back and double check everything after upload. Changing the format of the column of the CSV to text does not fix.2. The times are always wrong. My sessions start 3 hours earlier than the CSV data and end 15 minutes early (I think that latter has to do with my defined session end time). I've already checked to make sure that all my time zone settins are correct. 

Hello! I have a conference set up through Zoom Events and I have the setting turned on that allows me to stream sessions to the Lobby. Is there a way to set up which ones get streamed there? I would only want the Keynotes. Thanks! 

There seems to be a problem with attendees showing up in the "managed attendees" dashboard. I am aware of registrations and have print screens...need urgent support 

I have different 6 events set up, however when you click register - the dates are correct, but the Ticket name is the same for all and incorrect. This will confuse our clients! Does anyone know why this is happening and how to edit it? The photo attached is for our Strength & Conditioning Class but the Ticket name says Pilates. Appreciate any help! 

We have a paid subscription membership that includes a weekly zoom coaching call and we need to see how we can only allow those that are members in the call.  Does zoom verify email addresses when logging into a call that we can provide of just members allowed in? Or is there another option without manually allowing people in 1 at a time?

I would like to have a photo album slideshow running in one of the meeting profiles so that attendees can click on it during the presentation if they want to. (This is a virtual Celebration of Life ceremony.) Can this be done? Thanks.

I am a teacher using an iPad Pro (11 inch, 2nd generation), which for the most part works well when I am hosting a Zoom meeting as I can see all the students in gallery view. However, when I share my screen (for example, to show a Power Point presentation or video), I lose the gallery/active speaker view and can no longer see the participants - I can only see the power point presentation that I am sharing on my screen - which makes class discussion with all the students very hard.  Is there a way to maintain a gallery view of Zoom participants on my iPad so that I can still see the students while also being able to see the Power Point presentation that I am sharing with participants, or do I need to use a computer instead of an iPad for this? I have tried to use ‘split screen’ and ‘slide over’ on the iPad so that I can see participants and the power point presentation at the same time, but that doesn’t work either.

If I do meeting when Pro plan activate  then user expired on next day. Can I upgrade and get precedent report?

I recorded a zoom meeting 10 days ago to the cloud. I received a link in my e-mail. It worked on the day I recorded but now the link leads to a page "404 Not Found" and I cannot find the recordings on the cloud either. It's only been 10 days, how can I find them? 

Can you be a host/panelist while using the google chrome app and answer questions from the QA??

I want to record a powerpoint presentation in zoom with my comments etc. Its supposed as a learning video. So far so good, the slides are work well. In some slides there are Video clips with sound.  While I record my presentation the videos are not shown and so the whole record is worthless. Anybody an Idea how I can solve this issue and get the videos to start??
