We have created one event in Zoom Event. Duplicated to test it. In a session - all speakers do not have cam. As a host I can ask them to unmute their microphone but not the camera. I do see any icon for the camera. I can promote them to panelist but still if they wanna start cam, they get a text that the host not allowed. I can not change the setting on web ZOom - automatically redirect to Zoom EVENT portal. ANy solution? experience?

trouble sharing videos within PPT. I have to keep checking and unchecking "Optimize Video" and "Share Sound" in between them due to feedback noise when having a discussion about the video content in between them.  Is there a setting I need to check in order to not have to continue to do this each time I play a PPT video?

Hi, Does anyone have any suggestions on how to create a basic "how to" for people using zoom events for the first time?  I don't want to overload people with unnecessary details, just the basics on how to register, enter the lobby, create their itinerary, select sessions, and connect with others socially who attend.  Thanks in advance!

Hello I hosted an event yesterday evening on Zoom Events, with 8 sessions. All sessions should have been recorded separately, but they don't appear anywhere. I have checked the meeting setup and all the recording to the cloud features have been ticked. I have looked in my cloud recordings and they aren't there either. Please tell me how to access them.  This has happened since the user interface for zoom events appears to have changed so that I can only use one hub rather than the three I''d already set up.  Would that have effected the set up of the meetings?  If so I have several draft ones set up waiting for me to publish them next month.  Can anyone advise please?   Thanks

I am selecting Public to view my live stream on Facebook, but only my Friends can see my live stream.  How can I fix this?

The problem is, when I select screen share, it goes to a box that says Deskstop - from there it goes to system preferences!!!! No options for Zoom support there! I do not know what to do??? Really need to get screen share to actually be able to do that "Share The Screen"

Lorsque je suis les procédures sur Zapier , certains trucs ne m'apparaissent pas comme sur la marche à suivre alors je suis bloquée .    Si je comprends bien je dois choisir quand Zapier doit de déclencher pour faire payer mais en fait , mon événement zoom n'est pas encore créé donc je ne peux rien configurer ?

Hello. We launched our event registrations on tuesday, and it appears that some of our interested prospects can't register. They live in safe countries like Martinique (part of France) and Luxembourg. The registration button for them appear in grey, they can't click. We were not aware of those restrictions before subscribing to Zoom Events. What can we do to make them able to attend our event ?Thanks in advance.

I have attached two PDF files (200K each) to a session in an event. I have published the event. When I go to the front end and look at the session detail, I do not see the files. Thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?Thanks

When I'm in Google Chrome and looking at my Calendar I repeatedly get pop up errors stating: "Port not exist, please refresh page and try again." I have coworkers who disabled the zoom scheduler extension in chrome and it worked, for some it didn't Some out right removed it and it worked for some, not all Seems like a new growing issue as highlighted by this Google Support thread:https://support.google.com/calendar/thread/191638097/i-have-an-error-saying-port-does-not-exist-errors-in-google-calendar?hl=en Has anyone seen this or recommend anything?

Frustration overload having recently upgraded to Pro plan. Trying to add one question to the registration form and only two options are provided for "Question Type" - Single Choice or Short Text. Since this requires someone to actually answer - e.g. child's age, Short Text would seem to be the option, however the box below it highlights in blue yet I cannot type anything. Question 1 appears...I click on "Short Text"...I click on the box below and nothing. Can someone please help ASAP as this meeting is next week. Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I'm organizing an event where one of the sections offers one-on-one meetings between creators and consultants.We have to organize around 6 15 minutes meetings for each consultant. We'll have 12 consultants. Creators will be able to book 3 meetings each. The meetings will start at 9:00 am and continue in 15 minutes periods. So, at 9:00 am, Consultant 1 will meet with Creator A, Consultant 2 with Creator B, and so on. At 9:15, Consultant 1 will meet Creator 5, Consultant 2 with Creator 7, and so on. Anyone knows if there is a zoom product, service or feature that allows us to create several links for meetings happening simultaneously? For example, at 9:00 am, we'll need 12 meetings happening at the same time between two parts without us, the organizer, being present. Thank you very much for your time.
