I recorded a meeting, but I can't find the recording

Hi, can someone tell me if Zoom has an option for a one-time use for an Event? I can only see a yearly subscription for Session or Events.  I need the registration functionality, however only for 1 event.

Dear Zoom community, I am holding a combination of an online and offline event on Zoom. We would like to find the right setting so that we who are in the same room have loud enough music to dance to, and I can guide at the same time. But also so that the people that are online will have loud enough music to dance to. 

Hello!  A colleague created a multi-day meeting which required registration.   The registration form included a custom field, Company, which is marked as required.  A registrant indicated to her he was able to register for the meeting without filling out that field.  As this field lets us know which company one of our franchisees is with, it is important for our tracking.Has anyone had this experience?  Thanks!

Is it possible to import an attendee list in Zoom Events? We are using a registration system outside of Zoom Events and curious if we would be able to import the list of registrants into Zoom Events

Does anyone know if is possible we can see or be notified wether a member is recording with an external program?

When joining a meeting with multiple participants, my image shakes. It is distracting to the participants and I need to shut the video. Is this a problem with Zoom, the camera or Internet resources? On a recent meeting with only one participant, there was no problem. 

How can we manually\automatically push out event reminders to the attendees prior to the event?  We did find the listing of our attendees and you can do this individually, but we couldn't see a way to do this on an entire group scale.For example - we open the event.  We want to send out an email to all attendees 3 days before the event, and another email at 7am on the morning of the event.

Since the March 1, 2023 update - Does anyone see the new Exhibitor tab feature - previously known as Sponsor.  I cannot find it on my zoom event sign in for my new event I have set up. 

Does anyone know if there is a way to pass information from the attendee's registration questions into the email they get after the session and/or the email they get confirming registration? I want to include the employee ID that I collect at registration in the email so they can be aware and check for errors. For context:We require employees get a certain amount of continuing education during a year. The employee ID entered at registration is how we load credit into our learning management system. It should be relatively painless but we regularly have people who have typos and then panic when it comes time count continuing education credits at the end of the year.

I am an attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada.  In May 2023, I have a Settlement Conference for a case where my Chinese client will appear by Zoom.  The account is a U.S. Government Zoom account.  Has anyone had an issue where the Chinese person could not log into a Zoom meeting on a U.S. Government account?

It's a situation where person A using language a, and B language b are talking.Audiences are using lanuage b, so they are in b translation channel. A speaks then audiences can hear interpreter's languae b, after interpreting is over, and then B speaks.When B speaks, audiences can't hear B's voice for about 7 to 8 seconds.Is there a solution?

During an online Conference there are a list of online presenters which you can choose to attend.  After the presentation is completed,  within the original box that they selected the speaker, participants now have a box to select to Watch Recording.  The conference originates in the US but there are participants around the globe.  I have several users (all who are in India)  do not have the option to Watch Recording.

Hi, is there a way to make the video portion of me when using 'slides as a virtual background' without Zoom attempting to do some green screen fx? I am hosting a powerpoint presentation and I do want a small box of me in the top right hand corner.  The video though is attempting to do some kind of green screen effect and I want it to just be a normal background.  I look like a ghost! Is there a setting I can click to fix this please?  Thanks. C

Hi Community, I need your help, I am stuck, and I received no help from the support who didn't come back to me until now. I am a licensed pro+zoom event user, and I connected on my Zoom Event to create a new event for early next week, I received a request of migration for my hub which I did. The page of the migration kept turning for a very long time without any other actions. After one hour I went back to my zoom event, my hub is not showing "inactive" or "deactivated" I have no way to create a new hub and when I try to create a new event I am stuck as they are automatically associated with my old deactivated hub and can't be published. I am totally stuck and can't use a product I am paying for.   

1) Unable to view speakers section of a registration form in mobile view?! How come?! )) Due to what strange logic? That should be an easy fix. 2) Digging further: Shouldn't speaker section go after the description and before the registration fields?! (So you could come by the link, and then watch+read, and after that enter your precious information to the form fields, then hit submit) 3) This one is not as obvious and has a work around yet is not as straight forward as could get: When you add speakers information you actually should be able to disable photos section to it, however you can overcome this by adding white squares instead of photos 200x200px - which works in a way. There will be, a problem thou!  4) Potential problem with lack of photos: So lets assume we've got our feature to show speakers section on mobile devices. Good! But we've got 10 speakers and no photos for them: this way we end up having either strange PLEASE ADD PHOTO kinda thing before the n
