Hello, Does anyone know if the custom questions feature offers conditional formatting? I am trying to segment questions in the registration process for a particular group of people and it doesn't appear that zoom events has that capability. 

Has anyone used Cvent for registration for a Zoom Event? 

Hello ! I am a zoom licensedUser with the following credentials Orientar Tu Vida.  We are from Ecuador and I would like to know how you can help me. We contracted the package where it gives us capacity for 500 people, but the day we had the zoom, several people were left out because they said that the maximum capacity, which was 100, had been met. We made the payment of $79 and we want to know why this happened to us , and if it would already be solved. I hope you can help us.

En revanche, les hôtes ne reçoivent pas les questions. Sur l'écran Q. et R. des hôtes, tout en haut à gauche, "connexion" et "déconnecté" s'affichent l'un après l'autre, voir copies d'écran ci-jointes. Nous avons testé le Q. et R. sur une réunion classique (hors webinaire), le module est fonctionnel. Comment pouvons-nous résoudre cette anomalie svp ?

When projecting slides and using chat or breakout panels the audience see grey panels covering the slides. How can i stop this happening please?

Hi there, I could have sworn I was able to add source tracking links to my event last year, but this year I'm not able to find where this tool is located. Does this capability still exist for Zoom Events? If so, where would I be able to find it?

Hi there,Putting this out there to the Zoom community. We want to livestream a stage performance with one performer and we want to know -1. What we would need in terms of a wireless lavalier type microphone to get the sound from that actor transmitted to the Zoom 'caller'? 2. If we had a remote camera with zooming capability (actual zooming in and out) filming the performance, could we somehow transmit that as the video portion of the Zoom call for this livestream? Thank-you

Hello, I am looking for some information on teaching virtually using Zoom.  I'm a Zoom beginner and I know how to share multiple screens, but I want to know if my students can work simultaneously on their individual screens while I'm demonstrating at the same time.  Can I see each student's screen if I'm teaching 3 or 4 students?  I have 2 monitors and a laptop i will be using.  Thanks!

I have a Zoom meeting tomorrow we're planning to stream live to Facebook. I can't make it so I've added an alternative host who has a licence on our account and is set up with an admin role. We tested going live to our Facebook group today and it's not working for her. She has all the same permissions as me in Facebook. When she selects 'go live on facebook' she gets the message saying she needs to switch to herself in Facebook and so she clicks continue as is normal. Instead of then getting the option of where to go live she gets the message "caller name not found" I have no problem taking the same meeting live. We tested on her personal meeting link and it still says 'caller name not found' so it can't be to do with the meeting itself. Has anyone experienced this?

I am only seeing 6 participants at one time on my screen.  I cannot see all participants on the screen at one time, both when hosting and when attending a zoom.  How can I get the screen that shows all participants when I am sharing a screen or not?  

Hello,  I am having issue while trying to broadcast a zoom on a live on my facebook account simultaneously. I have followed the instructions as mentionned of the support of zoom I have tried on my MACI have tried on two different computers of my husband ( BOTH windows)  Each time it's the same :  after choising to send on a facebool live , I log on facebook and  nothing happens, I log on facebook and i wait and nothing Here are two screenshots of my stop steps. If anyone have any idea, it wil be very helpfull!Please and thanks you so much ERIC

Hi, hoping for some guidance. My zoom meeting recorded the speaker, the guests, and the screen share in 3 different recordings. I need to send the recording out to the guests but I need to send the recording with at least the speaker and screen record as my presentation doesn't make sense without both.  Can anyone help please?

I've noticed that the follow-up emails generated by Zoom have a different "reply-to" than the other automated emails. If someone tries to reply to a confirmation email, or reminder email, it enters the "Email Contact" as the reply-to, but the follow-ups (both attendee and absentee) do not. Instead, if you click Reply-to on those emails you get "Zoom <no-reply @ zoom.us>" as the email address. Is this by design or a bug? And if it is by design, is there any way to change it or any plans to fix it? We'd like for all of the automated emails to behave in the same way.

Hi, We will be running an event through ZoomEvents with an expo for sponsors to have a virtual booth. I know that after the event we can get a report that will let sponsors know who interacted with that booth. Can we email that list to sponsors, and will it be GDPR compliant?  Thanks,Alex

If there is no way to get the Zoom App on LG TV webOS 7.3.0, can I login with TV internet  on home WIFI to use Zoom for non-interactive presentations?

My Zoom account is licensed for meeting 500 pax.  For some reason I can't download my recordings today.  There is always an error message "Download blocked".  How come?  I did not come across this issue before.

On the first page of creating my event, we enter a "short description."  When I go to publish - it will not because it says I have to fill in the basic information for the event.  I go back and add it again and save. Again, and again, and again. It just will not stick. I've easily done it a dozen times - I am very frustrated.  Using Chrome browser.  I also, attempted it on Safari.  This is the only thing that will not stay.
