Hey, how are you? I am going to host an on zoom event, an online workshop. And I have someone that is interested in attending. This person is in canada, and when I go to my onzoom event page, it says that people who join are limited to the united states. But this is when I choose the type of event to be paid. One, why am I limited to just selling tickets in the united states, when you guys have lists of countries that can come to an onzoom event according to my research. Does it have to do with, my payment portal that I am using, which is stripe? Also, can I just create a new free ticket type under my paid event, and just manually bill the person and send them a free invite. Will this allow them to enter. Please help I am paying for this service, and not able to serve my customers. 

I have been using Zoom for a long time to do group presentations. My powerpoint was working just fine. Without changing anything in the way I do things, Zoom will not show when I advnace slides. It only displays the first slide. I've tried sharing with and without "Optimize For Viseo Clips". Still the same issue. Anyone have any ideas. It's destroying my presentations.

i used my phone to attend my own zoom meeting last week. Now, every time I use zoom, I get a popup on my screen with phone numbers for me to call in. This is happening when I'm trying to record a training video and it's very frustrating. I've checked my settings and it says my microphone is working.Please advise.

Hi,I have two different 2K mp4 videos made with my iPad. One doesn't work and I can't figure out why. Both files are about the same size at 25GB and a run time of 20min.  The one that doesn't work, I've shortened to a 5 min, 500MB video and it still doesn't work. I then shortened it to a 1 sec video and it *worked*.  A two min version doesn't work.  What's happening here? I'd like the video loops to run 10-20 minutes.  I'd settle for 2-5 minutes. But this one video only works as a 1s video.  Has anyone seen this before?

HI there, can someone tell me, if the registration page with all the fields will be translated automatically into the language of the located browser? We set up the registration in German. However the page should appear in English for all people, who are located in Great Britain or in the US. Thank you very much in advance! Stefanie

i've already record my zoom meeting, when i stop record it and ending the meeting the recording is not converting and abnormally missing can you help me and give me the solution its super urgent.

I have a question, when I try to enter the meeting, there is always an "invalid meeting id" warning even though the ID entered is confirmed to be correct. it can be solved by re-install it many times, but it has to be done every time there is a meeting, and it's a lot of hassle. does anyone know to solve this problem

Hey thereI have licensed zoom account, and I book zoom events for my kids where I do not need to be present. So, I want a participant to be the host once they join the meeting with the right to share screen, without me joining Is this possible?

Hi, EveryoneI had a meeting yesterday and I forgot to record it. Is there anyway I can retrieve it?

I'm trying like many to build a community.   As I would guess most hosts are!  And what totally stinks is that every year, we have to create a new weekly event (losing essentially) the community we built up from last year -- because each and everyone has to re-register for the next year series.  This so stinks!  I really wish that there was some way for you not to make us do this OnZoom.

Hi. I teach programming on 1on1 zoom call. I'm a licensed zoom user. A student shares their screen to show their text book and source code. Is it possible to show my mouse cursor on a student's shared screen? I often want to point what to correct in their source code, where to read in their text book. I always use annotation tools, but if I can simply share my mouse cursor, it would be nice. The reason I don't share my screen is that my students don't have a screen big enough, and I need see what they are writing. Thanks!

I stopped receiving zoom links temporarily because my e-mail storage was full...  Now that has been resolved but I believe my e-mail is on the "Bounce list" as I am still not getting the Zoom invite links.  Because I have a free user account, I can't connect to customer support to have this resolved.  I've been considering upgrading my account to a paid one but if I can't receive e-mails from Zoom then I'm not prepared to pay for something that might not work.  I tried submitting a ticket as well but I received an immediate notification that my ticket was closed.  If someone could please help that would be greatly appreciated!

Here are my param in postman: POST  https://zoom.us/oauth/tokenclient_id   <my id>secret_id <my secret>grant_type  account:read:admin But getting an error status 400 bad request{    "reason": "unsupported grant type",    "error": "unsupported_grant_type"} my question is what is the correct format for grant_type? See all the scope i selected from the Zoom Admin. Thanks,-John 

I've had this happen multiple times in the past week where my recording stops in the middle of a meeting, or after a meeting has finished, it will not convert and I get a message saying there is not enough storage space. I store locally and I am certain I have enough space. In fact, I recently moved several recording files to backup drive. I have tried manually double clicking on the unconverted files and continue to get the same message stating there is not enough disk space.

Hi there,  I ran a zoom event this morning and my participants made it to the lobby but they could not enter the event. The 3 speakers managed to get in but none of the participants could join.  Did I do something wrong in the setup thanks

This is such a great idea.  But it is very difficult to navigate.  Using your phone, you can't act as host, so you have to register for your own event and then it doesn't show you how many tickets you've sold or who is attending your event.  It has a circular verification where you have to continually log in and then it asks you to log in again.   I'm using a secondary email to host the event that is specific to the event and then zoom sends me into a circular verification process and I end up resetting my passcode over and over again.I wish I had just sent out a zoom link under my regular account.

I've got a facebook live event planned and have bulit the live event in Facebook. I have realized I'm going to need to use the Zoom integration to get around some weird technical issues. Does anyone know how I integrate Zoom into an existing planned Live? Help! Thanks - Steph
