Hello! I'm brand new to Zoom Events and I'm hosting a 3-day, 40-session summit starting Monday. I have everything set up but I'm still learning the system and trying to figure things out. My question is about ticketing and registration. My event is free and I've already registered most of my attendees outside of the platform. Once I upload my registrants, what happens? Does an email automatically go out to them if enabled? Do I just continually upload registrants as they continue to roll in leading up to the event? Or, would it be best for me to just email links to each registrant from my own email platform? Is there just one link for the entire event? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I am having difficulty accessing the Expo tab in Zoom events. I have a Zoom Events license. This is what Zoom Support provides in regards to accessing Zoom Events Expo, but it does not exist in my . How to access the Expo tab in Zoom EventsCreate a Zoom Event or edit an upcoming event to access the event setup.In the event creation flow navigation menu, click Event Experience, then click Expo.The Expo page will appear.When I go to my right side navigation bar, "Event Experience" does not appear. For free Zoom Events, Zoom says you register from any country in the world apart from about 4, namely North Korea, Cuba, Iraq,  Syria. For paid Zoom Events, the list of countries you can register from is quite limited, including only 12 out of the 44 countries in Europe (my main market).  Am i correct in assuming that this restriction is because of the agreements struck with Zoom's payment providers - Stripe and PayPal - and if so, is a workaround to sell admission tickets off the Zoom platform and then upload and register customers for free on Zoom? Or will those free registrants still be restricted from access? Thanks for all help on this.

I want to use PP as a background for a presentation but it doesn t open. Every time i try a message shows that PP can t open because the Datatype is not allowed by the system. The file is a regular PP point. Does anyone know how to handle this?

How can I offer my attendees access to session replays for a limited time only? I want them to be able to have access to view each session for 48 hours after it's gone live.

For emails that are enabled, at what point are they triggered and sent? For instance, I have already added all of my speakers. The event is not published yet. Once published, will all of those speaker invitation emails go out automatically? Or only if a new speaker is added after the fact. Or, when I upload my list of attendees, will that automatically trigger an email to them? Is there one universal link to my event or does each attendee and speaker get a unique link?

I had Zoom installed on my Mac Mini m1 and could not get Zoom software updates.  I uninstalled Zoom after seeing Error code suggestion to try it.  I installed Zoom again and selected the link for Apple Silicon since I have the m1 chip.  I am using the latest Ventura 13.2 software.  Every time I try to install the new Zoom it fails.  I even turned off my virus protection.  Still it fails.  Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Does anyone organize events such as expos on the Zoom event platform? I am interested in sharing the experience because we are starting to organize virtual expos on the Zoom event platform.

 

Has Zoom added this option yet? I am looking for captions in English from Spanish speakers.  Can I find this in zoom or does it require a 3rd party app? Is there an app in zoom marketplace that provides live caption during zoom meetings?

Hi All, I have a multi-day event happening and I have 200 attendees registered to attend various sessions throughout the days. Do you know if my max of 100 attendees is measured by how many people are in the lobby at that time OR for the full 3 days, if someone enters the lobby they are considered 1 of the 100? 

Wondering if anyone can help give more clarity on this: I will be running a zoom event over 2 days (May 25 Spanish / May 26 English) and if I understand it correctly, I have to create a hub for each of our two event days (May 25 Spanish / May 26 English), so that the general info in the hub is also created in the respective language.In each of these hubs I then need to create the four sessions that will take place on that day. The visitors in turn go to the hub page, then see the four "events" and can select the current one. Is this correct?One big problem I see with this is registration. Participants have to register separately for each session. I'm afraid they won't do that (especially since if they don't have a Zoom account they also have to verify their email for each session). Or is it the case that with the "bigger" events license for 207 EUR (100 TN) I have one registration link with which the 4 sessions are accessible? 

The instructions for sharing Apple Keynote slideshows on Zoom have changed. The latest version (12.0), no longer has the Preference option "Allow Mission Control, Dashboard and others to use the screen," which is one of the key instructions on this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362963-Screen-sharing-a-Keynote-presentation. So, what do I do now to share my screen on Zoom?

A seminar attendee has moved a cloud recording (stored in my zoom account) to her dropbox. When I try to delete the recording from my Zoom cloud storage, I get a message that the recording will be deleted from her drop box. Can the dropbox version be preserved? I have Zoom 5.14.6 on an iMac with Ventura 13.3.1(a)

To the best of my knowledge the Activity Host Reports and Usage Reports do not contain locations for participants to meeting hosts. Is there any action being taken to report participant location summaries nationally/globally?
