Hi - I am seeking 🤔 🤔 best practices for testing our registration/ticketing before launching to the public.  If anyone has a way to do this with your internal teams I would so appreciate the guidance (also note to @608130  - please make a best practice for testing in your support hub? )  Also - I thought there was now a way to have attendees register without having to login to their zoom accounts first?  As far as I can tell I have checked all the boxes  - please advise as I am still getting sent to sign in when I am attempting to test with my testing email (not my ZE email)

Hello. Does a Zoom Events attendee need to have a Zoom account? 

The video settings are allowed, but when we are in the meeting the camera icon is greyed out.  How do I fix?

I organize a meeting, where so many people joined the meeting. I want to extract the hidden mail ids of people who joined the meeting.

Past virtual events platforms we've used have a button for attendees to easily submit their contact information to the exhibitor (and possibly include an optional comment/question). Is this something that might be coming to Zoom Events?

We are building a Zoom Event with 22 sessions happening in three different time blocks all on one day. We are NOT using Zoom registration. We will upload/pre-register all attendees. Each attendee will choose three of the 22 sessions (1 in each time block) that they want to attend when they register in our AMS. Can we create a ticket for each session and then assign multiple tickets to an attendee? For example, if Attendee A pays for access to sessions 3, 12, and 21, can we assign Attendee A a ticket for each of those sessions? We are unsure of a better way to do this when not using Zoom registration for the event. I searched this community and did not see a clear answer on what to do. Thanks!

Let's say Nancy registers for my Zoom event. As an attendee, I can then designate her to be a Speaker which adds the speaker label to her card, when she shows up on the People tab. However, it seems like Nancy also has to create a separate Speaker profile? Can these two profiles sync? 

Hello I need my zoom to launch i have several platforms and I can only show/share on one news feed/platform.  no good.  this just started 4 months ago.  and now today it stops and starts and pause during the meeting.  please help me thank you.  I have Verizon Wi fi , I am you tuber/content creator for a little over a year now.     Denise

Hi,I have a Zoom icon on my laptop's tray bar, and for participating in a meeting, all I have to do is tap on the icon, a panel appears, and the names of two meetings I regularly join appear. I tap on the one I want to join, next fill in the access code number, and I'm in. A dear friend told me how to set that up already quite some time ago, but she passed on, and I don't remember how I set it up and added meetings to it. Now I would like to add a third one to it. It has the same access code number, but it's on a different day. So I could call it for example "Joe's Wednesday Meeting" to distinguish it from "Joe's Saturday Meeting." Does anyone here know how to do that?

I'm a new auditor and after people's suggestions about the kinds of questions they use to efficiently get info from senior management when undertaking an audit. When I used open ended ones they seemed a bit unsure what I was asking.  I then struggled to quickly come up with alternatives. I've been through all the training workbooks and can't find anything specific. I was auditing Human services quality standards.  for example what do you ask senior managers, what do you ask Finance and what do you ask HR to elicit info quickly?

I am unable to share my screen and receive the error code 105035.  This is something new to this week.  Any quick tips?  

I scheduled a meeting and invited people in general to attend and provided the event link.I would like to allow invitees who accept the invitation and access the meeting using the link I provided to join the meeting directly and not depend on my authorization.Question: In the item SECURITY which option should I choose? - Access passwordOnly users with the invitation link or password can join the meeting- Waiting roomOnly users admitted by the host can join the meeting- Only authenticated users can join 

When I do this, I am wherever I want my head with power point as a background which is awesome but my video is also in the top right not virtual.  How do I get it the one in the top right gone?

I am hosting an even where there will be 30-40 participants and I want to prevent them from turning their camera or mic on. I know I can prevent them from turning it on before they join but how do I prevent them from during the event. I have the Zoom Pro (up to 100 participants)

I've been researching the many roles and capabilities that each role has to offer in Zoom. Are you able to assign multiple roles to a single individual?IE: Could you assign someone as both a panelist and a speaker? I'd like them to be able to share their screen and have controls to turn their camera on and off as a panelist, but also be able to start their session and respond to Q&A as a speaker.

This never happened before, but yesterday FB lagged and then echoed my first sentence over and over each time I tested.  Is there a glitch in the update, or is there a problem somewhere else? Thanks for any advice. I do have the new Zoom update, I signed in and out of Zoom, google, and FB several times, and it still happened. 

I want to limit the number of people who sign up for OnZoom events. Is this possible? Can I unpublish an event once it reaches capacity?

I am trying to see zoom logs on my PC but the folder is empty. I found that Zoom does not store a log of the last accessed date within its files on your device. I manually enabled logs by adding "enable.memlog.file=true" but it doesn't show the previous logs. Any help I can get to know the last accessed date of zoom?Thanks in advance.

I am trying to upload a CSV to my reoccurring meetings, but the button 'Import CSV' is not there. I can upload my CSVs for all my single meetings, but not when they are reoccurring. What am I doing wrong?

I had an amazing zoom event over the weekend. Someone missed it and would like to see the recordings. As the event is over registration is closed. Is there a way to give them access to the lobby, it was a free event? Thanks in advance for your assistance 

Hello out there! I'm looking to livestream my aunts funeral for a few people that can't be there. It doesn't need to be super professional or anything. I'm wondering if using my iPhone with an attached mic (and tripod of course) would work within the zoom app on my phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I use PowerPoint presenter view using 'advanced screen share to share a portion of the screen', all works well until I click an imbedded video. After the video ends, the PowerPoint resumes but jumps out of the 'advanced screen share' to 'basic screen share'. Is there a fix?
