Trying to use OnZoom. Creating a test event. Keep getting this message "An error was encountered when processing your request". Ive closed my browser. Cleared cache. Tried different ways. Started from scratch again. Always get that message when I hit save and continue. Why? See the error message at top of screen shot. 

Hi everybody.I've planned a meeting with required invitation that need to be transferred to another Zoom user  (different company).Since several people already received their own personal link to attend the event, I don't want them to receive a new email with a new ID after importing the attendant list into a different user's new meetin ID. Is it possibile to simply let the new user hosting the meeting with the same ID of my account? Please let me know if I was not clear, since I am not native English spoken.Thanks for your suggestions. Paolo

I've set up a meeting and added a registration button for my audience. Everything seemed fine, but unfortunately, none of the people who registered via the link received a confirmation email afterward. Does anybody have the same suituation like me? Your insights on how to address this would be invaluable. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am wondering if it is possible to not display the price range for an event. We have a few very specific prices/tickets that are higher, but do not really apply to 99% of the people. These higher prices are for the exhibitors, but we worry that regular attendees may be scared away without even clicking the button to see the various ticket prices. See image below. Thank you  

Is there any way to control the gain on the host's mike, to make the host louder? 

I use zoom to attend regular meetings. I normally do this on my HP Envy laptop which is only about a year old, without any problems.  I have not changed any settings but about a month ago I suddenly started to get low bandwidth message displayed, when I joined my meeting and the screen size would be minimal and keep freezing.  Has anyone any idea what causes this.  I am in contact with my broadband supplier who is looking into it but progress is slow.  In the meantime I am having to use my iPad for zoom meetings which is OK but nit ideal.

What is the networking feature in Zoom Events? I can't seem to locate the settings for it. I have a pay-per-attendee plan. Where can I find its settings, and how does it function? Does it work in a way that allows users to establish connections, engage in discussions, and have chats, for example?

When setting up ticketing for Zoom Events, is it possible to provide discount codes?

How do I export a registration report to include organization? I have organization listed as a question in registration requirements. Not finding where I include this field in my export. 

I am looking for assistance on settings to re-connect iCal to my Zoom account. The calendar integrator only offers Google, Exchange and 365 integration yet mine worked as of yesterday.  Any suggestions? This is a pretty big issue. 

On two of our recent meetings we launched our regular evaluation polls and when we went to generate the reports, the questions that had single choice answers were not captured in the report (listed as blank on the excel sheet). We've had no issues previously so just trying to figure out how to problem solve and collect this information.

We're in the process of organizing a conference in zoom events that's scheduled to take place in a few months. Given that we'll need to continually update things leading up to and during the event, I have a question regarding ticket details. Specifically, I'm wondering if it's possible to edit ticket prices even after the conference has started.Is there a possibility that ticket prices might get locked at a certain point before or during the conference, preventing any further edits? We're keen to understand if there are any restrictions on modifying ticket prices and how we can go about making these changes if needed.

When I receive a Zoom invitation to my Outlook work email address, the invitation shows my private Yahoo address on the right and / so I can't save the event to my Outlook work calendar. It looks to be a problem with Zoom (not MS), because when I schedule a Zoom meeting and send it to myself, again, my private Yahoo address shows on the right. I'm on free Zoom, on a Windows 10 PC. How do I fix this please? Many thanks. 

I've been with ZOOM since 2020 and had absolutely no issues with conducting my classes until this morning. Halfway through my class, ZOOM disconnected me. It took me a few minutes to logout and login. Luckily, my students are very loyal and were still there when I logged back, but it caused me a great deal of stress and I don't need this to happen again. My account is paid to date. My device was charged 100%. I had no WiFi issues. What went wrong?

Hi community,  I am looking for help clarifying the way Pay Per Attendee for Zoom Events is billed. I have read the article here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/10365607772045-Using-the-Zoom-Events-Pay-Per-Attendee-plan but want to ensure I understand.  If I purchase a Zoom Events Pay Per Attendee license and schedule 2 events one month apart I understand that I will have to pay for each attendee that joins the event(s). However, what if the same person attends both events using her same Zoom account. Since she attended 2 separate events under my license is she considered 1 attendee or 2 attendees?  Thanks so much for any help you can provide. Andrew

I am new to zoom and need some guidance. We use a generic zoom account such as KL to schedule all of our events. These events include current contacts/Leads from our Salesforce but also others that are not in Salesforce.  I am interested if there are any other companies that are using zoom this way and how do you integrate into Salesforce.  Zoom user is KLSalesforce user is KLKL would never be an owner of a contact or lead

I have created a HUB and now I'm a licensed user of my hub(HUB OWNER). As per my plan, I can add upto 4 HUB HOSTS but everytime when I try to add a HUB HOST, I get an error stating "1 users could not be added. To view or copy a list of these users". What can be the issue here?

At our last Board of Education meeting, we were unable to promote anyone from attendee status to panelist status. We kept get the message that the attendee had "declined" to be promoted. In fact, the attendee(s) never did so.  Has anyone else experienced this issue? If it happens again, can I just "enable" the attendee to talk so that he or she can be heard? Thanks in advance. Bob Mosier
