Dear Zoom community I have a pro license I have set up a meeting with 100 participants I would like to upgrade this to 250 but want to keep the same meeting idWhat are my options ? Sanjay  

We have people registering people on shared PCs. The data of the previous registrant is already auto filled for last person registered. Is there a way to stop this? In this case, it is a privacy issue. Thanks!

Has anyone had issues with Zoom creating a Stripe account that they were unaware of and unable to access funds in the stripe account that clients have paid for through separate invoicing that had nothing to do with ZOOM events.  Clients paid me, but funds were put in this account and I can't access.  Zoom has control and no one will respond to my emails except for automated ones that say they are turning this over to their billing department.  This is not a billing issue.  These are my funds I can't access to transfer to my bank!  Please help if anyone has suggestions.  I'm at a loss other than hiring a lawyer to look into this for me.

There is no "Registration section"...In the Registration section, select the Required checkbox.Yes, I'm using an automatically generated ID. I'm on the free plan. The support page linked above calls out paid plans to have custom questions on the signup form, but implies that free accounts can have a basic registration page. Comical circular logic...I need registration to make it worth paying for Zoom...but the support chat AI thing can't help and directs me here. To add insult to injury, my brand new MB Air M2 got the 10002 error trying to update the Zoom app...so I had to uninstall/reinstall. Really bad experience so far with Zoom (which I've used for years, sometimes through a paid account). Hoping I'm missing something obvious but I don't think so.Googling alternatives to Zoom now...

Hi, how do I prevent Zoom from automatically adding Calendar events to Google Calendar when someone sends me an invitation? - "Events from GMail" is disabled in Google Calendar. - "Smart Features" are disabled in GMail, so there shouldn't be any events from GMail to begin with. - The account which is receiving the Zoom invitations isn't even the email address associated with my Zoom account.

Hello If I duplicate a Zoom event, will it also transfer the registrations? I prefer to avoid this scenario, but I want to confirm before proceeding with duplicating the event.

I would like to set up registration for 3 different tickets - Free Admission, Early Bird Admission, and General Admission (not clickable until certain date).Ticket 1 (Free Admission) would be free for our VIPs, but can see all ticket options.Ticket 2 (Early Bird) would only see Early Bird Admission and General Admission.Ticket 3 (General Admission) would only see General Admission after Early Bird deadline has passed. Only a specific group of people should be able to view and register for Ticket 1 (Free Admission). I have a list of emails I can upload via CSV file for this ticket. So far, pre-registering guests for a ticket does not work because ANY guest can still see Free Admission and register - tested and confirmed by non-VIP email! The only method was to lock this ticket type to "Only specified users will have access to this ticket type" and add specific emails in that section of Ticketing. Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to add a speaker's email address publically? A lot of our speakers would like their email shared for networking during our conferences, but I can't find a place to put this other than writing it in their bios.

I use the newest Zoom version, When I facilitate a group of participants I share a slides for everybody.When somebody else shares e.g. a video or a whiteboard and I stop sharing my slides for this, there is no 'share presentation button' afterwards visible on the Zoom menu when the video sharing is ended.How can I re-share my slide presentation for a second time and find the 'share slide button' (it's also not in the More section). I would be very happy if anybody could help. 😊

When sending out invites to an upcoming Zoom event/meeting, can I include a poll for invitees to complete in advance of the meeting?

In trying to get to the EXPO section of zoom event scheduled for tomorrow I am receiving the error: link_encrypt_exception and landing on a blank page?  I cannot seem to get past this and need to be able to test that the expo is accessible before our group joins tomorrow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are really interested in purchasing the zoom events platform but have many questions. I have asked multiple times for a demo but never have had a response. I have sent messages in every forum I know to get a salesperson to answer some of my questions but no response. I have tried to find a way to join a public event so I can see how it looks to attendees but have not been able to do that. Can anyone help me figure this out? MEH

Is there any way to share just the link to a session that has been created within an event? I want participants to be able to log directly into the session, rather than joining the event and then selecting their session.

Dear ConcernedI purchased a Zoom product for August 2023. I had a big meeting and added 500. I paid for August, In September, YOu charged me for the large meeting which I did not pay, because I did not purchase it. Now you have downgraded my account because of an error in your billing system.Please note. I paid my billing for August. I did not request a big meeting in September. Please check your records. When expo booth representatives host zoom meetings in their spaces, are those recorded?

I am trying to rearrange the order of the tickets displayed in the registration process. Previously, I was able to do this by adjusting the time when they were made available. This does not seem to work anymore. Does anyone know a way to change the order (which ticket comes first, second, etc.)? Tickets were added after the initial launch at different price ranges, and now they are no longer in order of cost. Thank you

Can I create multiple events on my hub at the same time?  Not, multiple sessions in one event with a joint lobby.  Essentially 2 lobbies at the same time for different conferences.
