I have a Zoom One Pro with the Soom Events add-on. I am hosting a paid event next month and I am currently selling tickets for it. In the past, when someone bought a ticket they could purchase more than one, and at checkout enter each attendee's name and email address. However, with this new event, when someone goes to buy a ticket they cannot change the quantity. Each person can only buy one ticket. I have a company that wants to buy tickets for all of their employees but it won't let them buy more than 1 per transaction. They want to register everyone and only have one credit card charge. How can I allow one person to buy multiple tickets in one transaction for my Zoom Event?
Hi I am trying to add a non anonymous poll from web interface. I got not the anonymous option is any setting to enable or dissable this?Thank you!
It was pointed out to me by a client a day ago that Direct Join Links have a limitation not specified in the article here:Inviting speakers with a Direct Join LinkThe limitation is as follows: you can only create one Direct Join link per recipient email address at a time. If you have a speaker who needs Direct Join links for more than one session, you cannot generate the link for the second session without first deleting (and therefore deactivating) the existing Direct Join link. I have a vague memory of testing this before, with the ability to send more than one Direct Join link per email address at the same time. Does anyone else have any memory of doing this before, or of running into this limitation before recently? I’m trying to determine if there has been a change, or if it has been this way since Direct Join links were created (possibly January 2022).

Hi All, I'm setting up exhibitor profiles for a conference in Zoom Events. We are not using the expo function; we will just have the profiles with all the business details and downloadable docs, etc. When setting up the Exhibitor profile (Event Content tab> Exhibitors) there's an option to add in 'Links & Social Media' - Twitter handles etc. However, once saved these website, Facebook, LinkedIn details etc. do not show in the Exhibitor's profile in the lobby. Where are they displayed? Does anyone have a workaround to get them to appear on their profile, please?
I can't hear others, but they can hear me. I have the same problem with Teams. Everything was working great before, but all of a sudden the audio issue started. I have already checked for my audio settings, privacy, cleaned cookies, etc. What else can I try?
All...Using Apple Keynote for iOS to present to a Zoom session from an iPad.I want the other participants to see only my Keynote presentation slides & me (in the lower right corner).I.e., I don't want other participants to see my presenter's notes, but I want them on my screen.I've found two ways to accomplish this on Zoom if I'm using Keynote on macOS, but (as noted) I'm using Keynote for iOS on an iPad.Any ideas what I need to do?Thank you.
When we try to add zoom link to Google calendar. Its giving "Conferencing solutions can't be loaded" this error
Hello, I am a Zumba Fitness instructor. I upgraded my Zumba account to add the Zoom Studio add-on. This is a discounted, but still paid, version of the upgrade to Zoom Pro. I want to apply for the OnZoom feature. However, it says it is only available to paid Zoom account. I tried to call customer support, however it said my account type is basic. I am unable to modify the admin settings for a "Group" as directed to try to grant access to the OnZoom feature to apply. I am the only user in my account, I have submitted my phone number, and credit card for identity verification. I would really like to be able to apply for OnZoom for my sole proprietorship in order to deliver virtual Zumba classes online. Has anyone found out how to apply for OnZoom with the Zumba Zoom Studio account type? Here's a description of the Zoom Studio feature as partnered with Zumba Fitness instructors part of the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN),"The Zoom Studio Add-On integrates the easy-to-use
the moment I say something into the microphone, the zoom stops responding. after some time I stop hearing what they say to me and the picture of the interlocutor also stops moving. no errors are displayed
If an attendee were to attend the beginning of a session in Zoom Events, then leave, then come back, is there any way to run a report to see these times? I can get the total duration attended, but I need to see which parts of the session they were actively attending, and I can't find any way to get that information
I've created a Zoom Event that will have 13 morning and afternoon sessions. Is there a way for registrants to pre-select which sessions they plan on attending so we can plan accordingly?
I set two hubs and three events up for a client this week. They have an in-depth registration form for all their events, which I created in the 'Customise Registration Questions' feature. I knew in the Zoom Events hub, you can set up 'template events' that are hub-specific, but I couldn't work out how that template could be used in other hubs. It looked like we would have to set up a very lengthy registration form every time they had an event in a new hub. It was then great to discover that you 'Duplicate' an event in a hub and then 'transfer to another hub'. Problem solved! Thought I would share to hopefully save others time!
Hi, I seem unable to find this feature, so I will assume I'm blind or it does not exist. I'd like to gather and display collected data from the Events that happens during a call within Contact Center. Specifically what IVR menu options a caller selects while in the flow.I know I can see this on each engagement individually, but I do not see a option to look at this data on several engagements throughout a timeframe. Does this option exists, and if it does not, are there any ways to work around this?
HI there are 2 of us presenting with a powerpoint. We want to have us shown during the recording. How do I set this up? We have only been able to record the presentation. Thanks in advance.Anne
How do I download my registration list for a past meeting?I am a licensed user with up to 500 attendees for meetings.I am using a MacBook Pro computer with Sonoma 14.2.1.I can see who has registered and there are 10 pages of names and email addresses. But I want to download all the names and email addresses, all in as few actions possible.
Hello. Can I use Zoom to record and then post for Youtube videos? I love how I could have two people on and record it.
Hi, I am embedding a registration link for an upcoming meeting on my Wix website. The meeting registration page renders but after registration info is entered and I click submit, I get the error: us06web.zoom.us refused to connect. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,Steve
I would like to host a zoom where customers can see my video when it is convenient for them. I am not sure where to find the information to do that.I have set up an invite for them to go to my zoom account. Just not sure how to do the next step by getting my video onto my site
My email host tells me Zoom has had one if its domains blacklisted by one of the spam filters: http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=167.89.93.232http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=167.89.93.232http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=167.89.93.232http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=167.89.93.232 I am note sure if Zoom is doing anything about this, but when I contacted support, they told me all I could do is try to whitelist it on our server.Joey
I pay for both Zoom Pro and ZoomISO (Liminal bought by zoom)... Currently, it limits to 720p, I don't use 90% of the features, not mail, calendar, cloud, essentials, whiteboard... etc. I have been told that in order to have 1080p, I need to purchase the 2700/year account for 10 licenses! I'm already paying $1067.84CAD as it stands for 1 user... Does anybody at Zoom find it bizarre that a freelancer who already pays zoom for what amounts to 3 users of the business level, uses none of the existing features nor the ones on the business level, get less quality? Zoom Pro = $200CAD/yearZoomISO = $867.84CAD/year1 user for 720p = $1067.87CAD/year Zoom Business = $270CAD/year (Requires 10 users) $2700CAD/yearZoomISO = 867.84/year10 users + 1 ISO user for 1080p = $3567.84CAD/year PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow us to segment the available options. No whiteboard, team calls, etc... just allow us to pay for full HD. We are the ones encouraging and using Zoom in professional and business
I've already created a custom video filter to display an image at a fixed position on the screen, e.g. for a company logo. Now I'd like to create a custom video filter where the graphics move with my face, to give me e.g. a clown's nose or a sorcerer's hat. Basically like the preconfigured filters (e.g. 'Head Chef', 'Bunny rabbit', 'Daisy'), just with my own graphics.I've tried to just drag my new nose graphics in the middle of the head symbol in the dialog to create the filter - but it's just stuck in the middle of the screen, and doesn't move around with my face. How can I do that?
The FAQ on this subject doesn't answer how Zoom handles attendees: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063714 The FAQ states: "Each attendant that exceeds the prepaid number of allotted seats will incur an overage fee of $2.50 USD per attendee" then later it states "If the license attendance rate is exceeded, no further unique attendees will be able to join the event." What happens if we buy the 100 pay-per-attendee plan and 150 people show up? We are ok with paying 50 x $2.50, but we are NOT ok if the 101st attendee is blocked from entering.
Is there a simple way to add ZR as an alternative host for Zoom Events? We attempted to add ZR by using email address, but it didn't work. Currently, we are using the ZR pairing method, which is more difficult and time-consuming, especially since we need to add 5-10 ZR to Zoom events.
We've heard your requests! And we think you'll enjoy this latest update. OnZoom Hosts can now record OnZoom events locally! Here's how: 1) Go to the 'Event Options' section of event setup 2) Click into the 'Cloud Recording' dropdown 3) Enable 'Allow local recording' Pro Tip: Enable Local and Cloud recording if you want both! Also, be sure to adjust your desired recording settings here: https://zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording
