Hello, Is it possible to link my two business emails to my one zoom account? One email is for my business, which I own. the other email is for another business of which I am an individual contractor. Both emails are my own and not shared by anyone else. Thank You.
how i can add or appear my zoom contact on desktop same as skype so i can check them always
Hi,I have the Free account and when I try to share a youtube video with my audience it works ok and my voice works ok but when I play my guitar (I teach guitar) there is no sound from my guitar. I find this really strange as the mic should pick up the guitar the same as it does my voice. I have tried everything I can think of but still no luck. I tick the boxes 'Share sound' and 'optimise for video clip'. Any help gmuch appreciated. Thanks,Mike
My credit card changed and needs to update with new credit card
I have two issues, the first one is that my meeting did not record to the cloud. I made a couple of test recordings before and after - all of which worked, so I am not sure what happened with the important one I really needed and if it can be recovered. Second - I have sent at least 3 reports via the zoom report a problem system and sent several emails and have had not response after 5 days.My account apparently lacks live support so I cannot get any other help. Any suggestions? thank you.
I've scheduled hundreds of meetings. I'm paid up (no outstanding payments). I know how to use the system. But for the last week, I've been unable to "schedule" a meeting. The circle just spins round and round. It's not a problem with my internet. I always update the software when prompted. Any suggestions what I should try?

How can one stream live desktop but change the orientation ? to vertical for example. I don't need the webcam orientation that feature is easily seen in settings i want to share the desktop sideways.

Cuando programo una reunión y se me adjunta a mi calendario de gmail, si la cancelo, deja de aparecer en mi agenda pero sí dentro del programa de Zoom, y si cancelo la reunión para programar otra a la misma hora, en el calendario aparece todo perfecto y en los calendarios de mis estudiantes también, pero al abrir Zoom, me aparece la reunión cancelada y no puedo iniciar la nueva, no se agenda. Alguna respuesta, por favor?
I have 2 Zoom accounts. I want to schedule 2 meetings at the same time on the same day. I have 2 meeting and 2 different passwords; but when the meetings starts, Zoom wants me to cancel one of the meetings. HELP

I cant log in from a different computer.
Long time reader, first time poster.We are testing ZCC and have picked up on a feature I cannot find documented. Reaching out to the community for assistance.During testing we have numerous users and devices, more so the latter. When I switch between clients, my windows desktop to my MacBook, ZCC error appears "Connection Disrupted. Please reload the page". See attached.I'm told this is expected behaviour of the app as it tries to maintain a single desktop device/app as primary for the agents/supervisors. This makes sense and switching causes the message to apeear of the device I switch to. That said, I would like to reference Zoom documentation to close this internally raised bug to bed - if such documentation exists online.
Can someone tell me why my video stops working after 1 1/2 hours or after 2 hours. It automatically shuts off so that I can only see the outline of people's squares but no people, including myself. What causes this?

I bought a Dell XPS 9315 2022 last year and for some reason when music is shared during a meeting the music starts out loud and clear then it goes low and distorted. I change the speakers which they are the same speakers Intel smart speakers. Dell techs tried to resolve this, but they could not. So I told them just send me a new computer so I will know for sure. I'm typing you on the new computer to let you know the problem still exists. Does zoom work with the intel smart speakers?
I've been trying to get the button trigger on our website to start a video call with an agent, using the provided sample with no luck. The coded is added to our footer widget and the button is showing floating in the bottom right corner. The "your_id" and "your_api_key" is using our entryID SDK on our website. We have a queue inbox for call overflow that has 2 users assigned, and they have reported that sometimes they get the email notification about the voicemail but it doesn't appear in the Contact Center inbox for them, even after refreshing. Has anyone else run into similar issues? When I did a test call/VM it behaved as expected, and it only seems to happen sporadically, so I'm not sure what more I can do to address this for the users.
