Hey all, Every time i join a zoom call and a presenter shares their screen i cannot see it but others can. I have tried the different views and still nothing. It used to work but all of a sudden something has changed - please help!!

I need to know does Zoom provide a Colorful back ground to lay all my pieces of information out when I make a call? If so where can I find it and how do I put it on as a base of my call on my desktop? I need to cover all of my Desktop Icons.

Hello,  ich kann den Zoom Desktop client auf meinem Macbook Air M2 nicht installieren. Am Ende des Installationsprozesses kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung. In den Einstellungen unter Datensicherheit hab ich "vom App Store und externen Entwicklern" angehakt. Es klappt trotzdem nicht.

Hello,The poll option is not showing up when I go to create a meeting. The polling ability is turned on under settings, I have also reset it a few times. How do I preset questions under "Advanced" when creating a meeting? Thanks

Recently when I'm hosting a meeting my screen begins this awful vibration. My picture fades in and out..and exhanges with other people in the meeting. My video is the only one that does it. HELP!

My Mac computer has the M1 chip, running Ventura. As a participant in a Zoom meeting, if someone sends me a private chat, I can respond to them, but afterwards cannot return to general chatting. There are no arrows or other indications for a way to send to everyone, and there is no list of participants where I previously could choose "Everyone.".  Any ideas how to interact with everyone on chat without leaving the meeting and signing on again? I cannot report this as a bug because I attend Zoom meetings without a paid membership.

I don't know if this is the right forum but here goes. The zoom add-in for outlook is asking me to log into Zoom. I use facebook as my log in for Zoom as the accounts are linked. However, in the outlook add-in side bar that pops up for my login...there isn't a facebook option? I use my facebook log in credentials and I'm told it's invalid. Not sure what to do? Thanks!

Hi so I was wondering if there was a way to turn on chat notifications? I never seem to get any and if I'm on another tab it can be quite upsetting/stressful believe it or not..

I blocked someone and then deleted their chat but now we settled the issue and we've been trying to talk but I cant unblock because I can't find their contact and when they try sending a friend request to me I can't see it, I hope zoom can come up with a solution for this issue.I went to settings>Team chat, but the option “manage blocked users” wasn’t available 

Hi, Anyone else having struggles with enabling Chat Emojis. I used the setting and everyone in my own Admin. meetings seem to be able to use reactions in the chat to comments but me. LOL! The irony! I'd love some support, as I'm sure it's a silly little thing or nuance. Thanks!

Yesterday I started having an issue where I can no longer receive chat messages in either the phone or desktop app...kinda.  When someone sends me a message it will appear on my phone as a notification, but if I go to check the chat in either the phone app or the desktop app, the message is not there. I have restarted and signed in/off several time to see if that would reset things, but to no avail. Tested again this morning and still having the same issue. Very frustrating as I have no idea how to troubleshoot something like this. Thanks
