Hello,I've got the problem when upgrading my basic plan into another plan like zoom one pro plan.actually when I clicked on upgrade button it show like this "The Zoom service is not available in the requested location. (200)". or it coming from my current location(cambodia)?thanks you

My login on my desktop has been saved for years.  I wanted to log in to my Macbook Air tomorrow and it is telling me the password is incorrect - So I reset it....when I use the new password it is giving me an error message again.No clue where to go from here...thank you

In the normal chat from my zoom contacts. I have cleared chat history as well but when I open all files option I still able to view files. But no option to delete those files if they are received.

I have no button for Message Attendee only "Chat with Everyone"  My settings are set the way the video Chat in and Out of Meetings instructs, but no Message Attendee only. I have not started the meeting, is that why it doesn't show for this new continuous meeting  chat feature?   I did update the three attendees and added to the meeting invitation and they have accepted. I should be able to choose one of them for a continuous meeting chat?? Can anyone help? @JKP 

When I send an invitation zoom puts “you are being rate limited, try again later”  Someone knows what is it about?   Thanks!

Hi, I have the latest version of zoom running on MacOs. Could someone tell me please how to not only hide but delete a contact's chat? Even though I delete the chat, the contact is still there. I can delete the chat history but then only the chat is hidden. All in all: How can I delete and remove a chat incl. the related contact? Thanks in advance

If I set "Notify when available" for one of my contacts, will they get a notification to let them know that I'm waiting for them?

Our whole staff has recently started having issues with the phone app signing us out - we are a mix of iPhone and Android users and all have this issue.  An example of a common occurrence is that I'll get a notification that I have a new message in Zoom and need to sign in to see it.  When I try to sign in, I then get a message that I need to input a code from my desktop device to validate my phone.  The problem is that if I am usually not at my desk when this happens, and now I can't access Zoom.  How do we get our phone accounts to stay signed in at all times?

The Team Chat option in PWA Zoom (https://pwa.zoom.us/wc/team-chat) does not work - the "new chat" button has a loading icon, but it never actually loads.  The "starred" and "recent" list of contacts never load.Tried on Chrome and Safari - both have the same issue - see screenshot.  

It keeps saying "Unknown Error.An unknown error has occurred, please try to refresh this page to rejoin the meeting.

I hate this feature. I didn't ask for it and it gives me an alarm dialog every single time I set up  a meeting because some idiot at Zoom central decided to change how people's workflow works.I want to disable it.Have gone and looked. Cannot find these controls. Today, April 2nd 2022, I finished my English class which was being recorded for about three hours. It was being downloaded and it had just completed almost 80% of the download in my computer when suddenly the Zoom stopped working and sent me a message saying that I had to restart my computer. I did that as I was told. However, when when the computer was on again my 3 hours of class were completely lost! Now I don't know what to do to recover the class in order to send it to my students. My boss is asking me for the class and I don't know what to tell her about this trouble. Please, help me! Why does Zoom Chat Download into notepad? Is there a way to download into excel. I'm an event planner that provides chat logs to clients but it's SO TIME CONSUMING to reformat from notepad to excel. Help!

 I am unable to update my ZOOM.  There is no 'check for updates' option.  I'm thinking I should uninstall and reinstall, but can't find how to do that either.  Any ideas? 

Hello. Whenever I get a direct message on Zoom chat, I do not get a notification sound. Although in my Zoom > Preferences > Chat > Play sound when I receive a new message (is checked). Does this setting only apply to brand new messages from brand new Zoom chats? I assumed it would also apply to Zoom chats you are already in, which would make sense to me.

in the last 24 hours i cannot be seen on my zooms with students AND I MUST!!!! MYES my video is ON. HELP!!!!!!!! I pay for monthly zoom and have never needed help till NOW!!!!!
