I accidentally deleted a specific group chat on Zoom Team Chat and cannot locate this anywhere now - desktop app or web portal. Does anyone know if it is possible to recover a deleted team chat (as opposed to a chat from a meeting)?
I was messaging one of my friends and i tried to do something and the text bar is now like this. I also use the desktop version of zoom. Please help me fix this
How can I set my language to English? The current setting is automatically changing my spelling. It's really annoying as I have to keep going back over it!
when I use the API to create a meeting I receive this error: {“code”:1001,“message”:“User does not exist: *******”} the procedure is correct, because with another of our accounts it works fine. But only with one, in the other four that we have it gives the indicated error. I also tried to replace the email with the account ID but it still doesn't find it. Can you tell me if I need to configure something myself or if there is a system update problem? I would like to point out that the problem occurred after the migration from the old jwt authentication system to the new OAuth
Just used zoom recording for first time. The recording took time to be compiled and then I hit an error before I could save it to my PC. Now the recording is not showing under recordings OR under Account Mgmt. Can I still retrieve it?
I've got a problem with the update. I've already payed for the pro version but my account still shows me basic. Under "actual plans" it says I've got an outstanding subscription and I have to wait until zoom sends me an email. I've already got this email but this didn't change the status in my account? Any ideas? I would be very pleased if anyone could help me. I need zoom for business and therefore it's very important to me that it works. Best regards Stefanie

I have set a few reminders on posts in Team Chat. I would like to review them and potentially mark one as Done that was set for a future date, however I'm not able to find them.I found an article (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/9376659072397-Setting-a-message-reminder-in-Zoom-Team-Chat) that says the Reminders should appear under Team Chat > Starred but I don't see the option there - I only see channels that I have starred myself.Where can I find them?
I have problem when sent image/photo to my friend can not display image/photo that i attached, also when my friend sent me the photo/image it's can not display in my chat's account too. I try to uninstall and install again also update to the latest version but the problem still persist.
Hi There. During the last couple of weeks I have been unable to access the text box when starting a new chat. I click on "New Chat" and I can enter a name and a topic, but the text box at the bottom has shifted to the left behind the list of colleagues. I can just see the very edge of the send button. I doesn't matter how large or small I make the window, it is still tucked back there. I have attached a photo. I am using the Zoom app on my mac. Any thoughts?
Is it possible to have Team Chat notifications pop up on smartphone and tablet ALWAYS, even if the desktop app is open, in focus, and user is logged into the computer?
Hi, until yesterday, when I was in a chat I could hit enter on a message and keep typing the next message/thought to the recipient without any effort. But something tweaked yesterday and now after I hit enter to send a message, I have to use the mouse to click in the text/dialog box again to start typing the next message. Does anyone know how to get back to the previous state of things?
Hello everyone, I am part of a group chat, but whenever I message the group, they are receiving a placeholder message mentioning that my messages are encrypted. I have tried updating the Zoom client and also left and been re-invited to the group chat with no success. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

We use another phone software. When a call is made, the status in Zoom should automatically be set to not available.Would this be possible via a registry entry or by changing a configuration file? We want to create our own script.
OK, I've been using saved chat for a long time. Sometime in February, the chats are saving somewhere else. I can't find them in my local Zoom folder or on the Recordings tab. Help!

In the last month, I have been unable to receive chat notifications on the desktop client. Previously, I would get an audible tone and a bouncing icon on my Mac. First, the tone stopped. Now, I have no bouncing icon and no number badge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, toggled my settings, reset my PRAM settings and nothing has changed. Any other ideas?
I know the setting to Show notification banner on screen until dismissed. This is a great feature. Is there a way to keep all new chat notifications on screen until dismissed. It seems only the latest chat notification stays on screen. So if I have three people send me a chat, only the last notification stays on the screen.
Здравствуйте! Такая проблема: Долгое время пользовалась зумом, всё было хорошо. Вчера 05.12 звук во время конференции в zoom. Звук пропал на ноутбуке. При этом, звук работает во всех приложениях zoom. В настройках также не воспроизводится звук при проверки (проверяла динамики ноутбука и наушники).Микрофон работает, а звука нет. 2 раза переустановила программу, перезагрузила ноутбук несколько раз, искала ответ в интернете, спрашивала у знакомых. Ответа так и не нашла. Что делать в такой ситуации?Очень надеюсь на вашу помощь!
I received a message saying I need IT to update my computer to latest version above 5.12 This is my personal computer, I am IT for my business. So I uninstalled and went to reinstall from site as recommended. It seems to have installed the same previous version 5.11 How do i install the proper version? Do I need to use ARM? I'm not an IT expert but I can follow proper instructions. Please assist. Love to upgrade my zoom again as I use it more... Thank you!
I accidentally clicked on cmd - (i.e. zoom out) in Zoom Team Chat. Unfortunately, I can no longer zoom in. The key combination Cmd + unfortunately does not work and it always comes only an error tone. Pleas Help!
Am I missing something? When I'm chatting with someone and I type in an email address, I expect that address to show as a link in the chat window. If I add a URL into a chat message that address shows as a hyperlink. Why doesn't an email address show as a hyperlink?

Did something change recently with the Team Chat 'Screenshot' button? For users with one monitor, there doesn't seem to be a way to send a screenshot of what you're working on that isn't Zoom. Instead, when you click the screenshot button in Zoom the app remains up and the only thing you can clip is Zoom, rather than what's behind Zoom, if that make sense. And you can't minimize because the computer is in clipping mode.
