AI Companion

Can I ask how the AI summary is delivered / prompted to the user following the meeting. As well as receiving the email, does Zoom proactively pop up and prompt for historical calls on the account or is the only method of access then to look at the call history and go into the chat to find the summary. 

I was on a Google Meet call two months ago, initiated by the secretary of my HOA group.  My Zoom read.ai (I had allowed it to install in Zoom some time before) somehow self-initiated in the Google Meet, even though we weren't using Zoom, and the Meet account wasn't mine. There have been two more HOA meetings since, and both times the read.ai program was still somehow connected to the secretary's Google Meet account.  I was not personally present at either of those two meetings due to other commitments, but in both cases read.ai showed me present, and yesterday, it also sent a meeting summary via email to everyone after the meeting under MY NAME. I have uninstalled read.ai from Zoom, but I have a terrible feeling that it is like a virus that somehow skipped to that woman's Google Meet program and nothing I do is going to fix that for her.   And to add insult to injury, it appears that the meeting summary wasn't even accurate. ANYBODY have this experien

Hi I have not used zoom now for ages, and when I now go to launch a meeting, 75% of my real estate is zoom ai companion - which I do not even want !! I am left with a tiny window top left showing the actual meeting !!!I have followed the instructions, logged in to web portal, gone to Admin section, then Account Settings and AI Companion tab, but the only options there are :- DocsWorkspace Reservation ResourcesWhitepaperGetting Started GuideOnboarding Centre There are no options related to meetings at all ??? I have a meeting tonight 1900 so would really appreciate if someone could help me to block, minimize, remove this awful addition which zoom have seen fit to add. Thank you

I have enabled transcripts in my Zoom Pro account (iMAC OS Sonoma 14.5) but I only get audio and video files. No VTT file. I have integration with Practice Better which is supposed to take the transcript and create the notes after my client sessions. I have my settings the same as my colleague's but yet I still only get 2 files - audio and video. Please advise, Sybil

I used Meeting Summary w/ AI Companion for a few meetings yesterday, and the links are still grayed-out / un-clickable in my zoom account. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I have a AI SUmmary that when I try to access it, it is greyed out and a green circle with a cross line shows up which does not allow me to click on link to get it.  Can someone assist me on why this is happen

Hello,Does anyone know where to find AI reports for the following AI tools? Consumer sentiment and agent talk metrics?

I use AI transcription and since yesterday some of the Zoom meetings stopped giving transcripts (I control the space and delete old ones, so it's not a storage space issue). Now 1 summary is inactive, the next one is active, the next one is inactive again. And the system doesn't even let me delete them. Hi there Zoom Community, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience or luck with using features such as Meeting Summary or Smart Recordings with Zoom Webinars? I am frequently setting up and leading multiple webinars each month for my company, but I don't seem to be having any luck with accessing / implementing some of the AI Companion features inside Zoom webinars (thinking Smart Chapters, Meeting Summary, Meeting Coach, Whiteboard Content Generation, etc.) Any and all insight and assistance would be appreciated!

We are highly doubtful about the use of AI. These machines are not only energy-drainers, they are data extractors, and necessarily affect communications in myriad unwanted and unexplained ways. There is zero evidence that the power they offer will be resisted by the companies that build them or deploy them. For these reasons (and deeper more philosophical ones) we are preparing for a world in which computers have become unusable. We rely on Zoom for a very large part of our participation in world affairs, so it will be very sad if Zoom has to go. But if we cannot function AI-free, so be it.

Wondering if it is possible to submit a recording for producing a summary through AI Companion. A meeting was recorded, but no summary was produced. So wondering if it can be run through AI Companion again?

 We have encountered a significant challenge in tracking the timelines within the Meeting Summary using the AI companion. Is there any possibility to get the meeting summary with timelines as this is particularly critical for us like Major Incident Management Associates. The AI companion's inability to accurately capture and present timeline data from meetings is impacting our incident management process.

I want to share the AI meeting summary however the share button is disabled and says to enable email notifications. I've checked my email notifications and believe they are turned on.  Is there a specific notification setting that must be on? If so what is it? I can't find anything in the help information. 

We have saved our recordings of client meetings for the last 4 years which equates to thousands of hours of advice given to clients.  I would like to learn how we can have AI listen/read all of the recordings and develop a 'playbook of scenarios', based on those recordings from a variety of different client relationship managers.

Hey there. I'm looking to enable the Zoom AI Companion for certain users of our company. I tried going into the Account Settings and turning on the toggle switch but it doesn't stay on, it just goes back to off. I then get a message the settings have been saved.  I need to figure out why I can't turn this on, and then explore how to control access to only certain users.  Thanks in advance!

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way I can create reports to show investors when using Zoom. I'm not sure if Zoom has that capability yet or where I can find it, but if it does, please let me know!

Zoom should allow us to prompt Companion AI so that all meetings summaries are done in a specific format. Currently, we have to take either the transcript or the generic zoom summary and run it through a co-pilot agent we made to get it formatted the way we like.

I'm using a Zoom Pro account, and although I can enable and use the other AI Companion tools, the AI Companion button does not appear when I'm working in a whiteboard. I've tried following the Support Center steps to enable it, but when I go to Account Management > Account Settings > AI Companion, there is no Whiteboard area. I only see Meeting, Recording, Team Chat, and Mail & Calendar.  Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what might be going wrong here? Thanks!

Hi all, I've disabled AI Companion at the org level but it looks like all users are still getting them by default, how do I disable this entirely for all users and AI features? Thank you

I  have tried going through and correcting the gender from "her to him" etc - but that doesn't seem to make any difference.  I would think, especially for the primary user (me), there would be a way to indicate my gender, but I can't find it.  Can anyone help?  

We just found out the hard way that by design, Zoom AI Companion does not record any names of people unless a participant to the meeting.  My team spent three days in interviews with clients discussing projects, team members, roles and challenges faced. The meeting summaries were spot on - except that any mention of a person's name/role was not captured. This is apparently by design, Zoom help says AI Companion focuses on participant names. I get "focuses", but intentionally ignores? It renders the summary useless. I held a series of 90 minute working sessions with a client, relying upon Zoom companion to capture the elements of the meeting so my other team members could hold other sessions in parallel.
